We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThis question makes me laugh. I have no ability to find anything to complain about. A robe and slippers on hand for the room on check in would be a lovely touch. Little razzle dazzle. A little bit of puttin' on the Ritz.
This is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of a growing, authentic Southern kingdom. From the kind and beautiful staff, excellent culinary options, the Rose Spa, and the extra magic added for a birthday celebration, I am speechless. Almost. ;)

United States of AmericaCocktails in lounges were not that good. Difficult to know what items/amenities were complimentary and what cost money. General feeling of being regulated in bars, ie tables being marked reserved when they were not.
Wonderful coffeemaker in room. Excellent exercise room - was clean, had an attendant, great views, cold water, fruit, and peloton bikes. Pool was clean and well attended, and not too crowded.

The hotel felt new, clean, and comfortable. The decor of the room was new and unique, and I loved the Nespresso machine. The bed and linens were comfortable, the shower was clean and modern. The room was quiet despite being right in Nashville.

Great location. Beautiful rooms and luxurious bathroom. Breakfast pricey but good pastries, brunch risotto was way too salty but other meals were very good and lovely service. Our suite was not quite ready (still being cleaned) at 4.30pm, but we appreciated being given a late check-out.

United States of AmericaThe only negative was the rooftop pool area cabanas having a $250 minimum on a day where we are the only guests during a cold day. Consider making it a seasonal rate, low season could be free or less expensive?
First, the entry, and lobby are well decorated and inviting. The room and corridors are clean with lots of lighting. The level of "smart" features is superb! Example, you walk in the room and the lower lights come on, you walk into bathroom and the same happens. Tablet in the room for requesting items was super. The room had everything we needed and more.
