I don't like the limited number of passes with a single room .the waterpark hours are less than any other park. The restaurant food is not delicious. The trampolin is deflated in the night.

The hotel was clean, with nice rooms and bathrooms. The grill outside is good, but if you sale marshmallow .the shower in the changing room is the best.

Difficulty getting responses to questions in advance via phone. Not enough seating or towels at the waterpark. More food options would be appreciated.

The kids love the waterpark. The family rooms are great for accommodating multiple kids.

Food prices in lobby and I wish the waterpark stayed opened until 9pm that's it lol

We arrived around noon to use the indoor waterpark before check in but when we went to the front desk they told us we could check into our room immediately which was amazing! I definitely didn't wanna have to wait until 4pm with two kids so that was a huge plus. The room was super clean and the beds were so comfortable it's prob the best night sleep I've gotten in years which is crazy since it's a family hotel with tons of kids running around the rooms must be sound proof bc I didn't hear anything from our room at all no doors closing or anything we stayed on the Yellow floor the hallway did smell like sewage but it seemed to only be on our floor (yellow floor) 5th floor however it was only the hallway the room didn't smell bad at all so that I can live with I also did a lot of review reading on all the indoor water parks in a 200 mile radius and it seems it's a common problem with these indoor water parks so it's prob not the hotels fault the game room was pretty neat and they had tons of games and activities the only thing I can really complain about is pricing my husband went to grab us two medium coffees from the coffee shop on the lobby floor and my daughter got a cold brew it cost 20 bucks and I wouldn't of really cared had they actually had stuff to make your coffee right all they had was sugar packets and milk no flavor creamer of any kind so basically I paid crazy amount for the hot coffees when we had free coffee in the room had I known there wasn't any sort of creamer I wouldn't of wasted my money on it i cant really speak for any of the restaurant's inside the hotel or game room area because we didn't use them but we did get a pizza from inside the water park and it wasn't crazy expensive now onto the water park inside the hotel it was awesome my kids 13/16 loved it we arrived on friday early noon and there was hardly any lines for the waterslides so it was super cool to get to go down bunch of...

There is over a $150 worth of fees on top of your room rate. We were charged NY state and county tax twice. We know everyone is under staffed still so for food other than the water park was rough. Hour long waits for a table, not enough restaurants open to accommodate the amount of guests. Make reservations to dinner before you get there.

The indoor water park was fantastic. Great slides and activities. The bunk bed room was a great layout and perfect for our family.

Didn’t have options for food available during the daytime hours. Was over charged for the food buffet. The bathroom could use a bit of updating of the tub, it was marked up & discolored.

Everything inside the resort is exorbitantly priced. $10 for a bagel sandwich. $16 for a salad with 2 oz of chicken on it. The soaps in our shower were broken and there was no hand soap to wash your hands in the rooms. We planned a family trip and booked 3 rooms. No soap in any of them. We arrived around noon and got our waterpark passes. The rooms were not yet ready and I was told we would get a text when they were. This was not an issue since check in is at 4. I finally went to the front desk at around 4:45 where there was a large line of people almost exclusively being told their rooms were not ready and that they needed to be patient because there were a lot of people there. I braced for the worst but thankfully my rooms were ready although not on the same floor like we had requested. Service At restaurants and bars was also just okay. Again the experience was fine, but not notable. The kids enjoyed themselves and since it is a convenient location for my family to meet up, we would consider staying again.

The price was right with 2 days of waterpark passes included in the rate. The rooms were spacious and clean and overall the entire resort was clean and well kept.

Check in was really late - got our room at 1830 while official check in is at 1600 - that's way late. Also for a modern hotel I would expect to decrease the amount of plastic used for the food&beverage all around

Good value for money for what we expected. 2 days of fund for the kids in the slides and in the water. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

It would have been nice for more teen activities once the water park closes. Teens have to compete with the younger children for the arcade section. And not much outdoors. The park/playground was for younger children it would have been nice for a basketball court, tennis court or something outside of cornhole. And lighting was very dim for outside area in the evening

The key cards shut off almost an hour early leaving me locked away from my travel items. I was lucky my daughter was still in the room so I could get everything and load the car.

It feels like there’s zero staff in this hotel. The fact that there’s no daily room service is ridiculous, there’s no staff walking around in the floors, barely somebody picks up the phone and we had to go downstairs to the lobby several times every time we had an issue with the lock (we got stuck twice outside the room), if we needed towels and shampoo/soap, etc. Also, the Bixby’s restaurant which is the only one with decent food is not expecting guests even though 60% of it is empty, probably due to low rate of staff.

The water park is great for kids although not big enough. Arcade and outdoors are also very nice.
