Floors were sticky. No curtains on the bathroom, which was weird when you had to put the lights on to use the bathroom at night.

For the price I expected a cleaner room. There were dust bunnies and the desk felt grime like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our tv also didn’t work.

Our toilet was dirty and the floors in our room didn't appear to be cleaned before our checkin. There were pieces of what looked like trail mix on the floor in the bathroom under the vanity, and I had to use a wipe I had on hand to clean the toilet seat. We didn't say anything, because we got in kind of late.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed, from the valets to the front desk to housekeeping. Love the old vibe of the place while being tastefully updated. The location was an easy walk to the venue where we were attending a dance competition.

The bar was closed because of someone calling out, and we paid for a window room with a king bed which was no longer an option once we arrived. We settled for a room with no window.

I loved the ease of checking in and out, and the hotel was quiet.

Shower was beautiful But being retired nurse felt like there should of been a non skid bathmat of some sort. Or bars on walls inside shower to be able to catch yourself if started toslip. The only unclean place or area we noticed was on shower wall at back of shower had soap scum.

The hotel is located in a very busy restaurant/bar district. My particular Saturday night stay was quite loud from the traffic, even with a higher floor level. Likely not an issue during the week.

Hotel room size was quite large, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk area was attractive, well maintained and the staff was welcoming.

Although the room was large, beautifully decorated, & the bath was just as accommodating, the air in the room could have been better. We left the thermostat on 70° & it would randomly go from 72°-68°. It was very humid in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. The food was great in the restaurant but there was only one woman working & we waited for awhile to get anything (coffee, food, water).

The building was beautiful (love the historic element of it all!), the lobby was funky/fun, room was gorgeous & great view of the city. Food in the restaurant was yummy.

There is still some renovating ongoing. But it was not noisy. The path to the elevator takes you to what appears to be a space in between two buildings. The elevator seemed old and slow but got the job done. I'm sure it's on the list for future updates.

It is a small hotel and an older space that is being renovated. The modern updates are very nice. The room was beautiful! The lobby is quite small and there is really no restaurant (it's definitely more of a boutique hotel). Nice bar, strong drinks! There are restaurants in walking distance. I would certainly stay there again!

elevators were kind of slow and made tons of noise which is really uncomfortable for someone with a phobia of elevators, the doors were sometimes slow to open, and at some points the sign to show which floor we were on would pause which would increase my anxiety.

valet was wonderful, staff was helpful and sweet, it was very fancy with a restaurant inside!!

We had a room on the higher floors with an amazing view - I only wish the windows were clean to properly enjoy the sunset. Also, some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful.

The location of the hotel was very central and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a great shower. The room was pretty stylish, our stay was very relaxing and nice.
