Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaAt first we were a bit concerned about safety of vehicles at night. Got over that. Otherwise the hotel and staff were great. Glad the restaurant and bar are coming.
Not much of a breakfast. I was underwhelmed by the area. It was a depressed area with few restaurants. Didn’t matter this trip because of our other activities in Savannah.

ArgentinaI don't know.
Although the hotel is not in downtown, the location is very good for visiting the city by car. The Kingston has free parking and plenty of room to park. You also have many stores to by thinks (supermarket) at walking distance.

United States of AmericaNo cash. One elevator was broken, there was a little chunk out of the plaster in the shower, and whoever made the beds didn't fix the fitted sheet on well but it was a nice stay and it was quite. I missed having a pool.
For a new hotel it was nice and pretty clean. The staff were friendly. Nice and relaxing.

United States of AmericaNo tv service. They blamed it on the “kinks” of a new space and opening. Very sterile- no warmth. 🫤 No breakfast - i stay in other places and breakfast is always included. People just expect it. No easy places to get breakfast in Sav always (parking is tough) so that being included would’ve been nice.
The staff attended to my need; cleanliness of the hotel but it IS new.

United States of AmericaAdvertising that they had a restaurant and bar and they did not have it close to ready. Along with a breakfast that was not available. Landscape was gross.
My mom could hear our kids in the other room. Said they had a restaurant and a breakfast, they did not. Still being built. The available channels were not ideal. It was to difficult to maneuver as well. However, the staff were great and they are and it seemed family ran, working towards something better. They do allow pets. The following week they raised the prices 100.00 dollars. This place is worth 125.00 a night. No more unless everything is up and working. Landscape is horrible currently.

United States of AmericaJust that all of the facilities were not fully operational at the time I stayed
Today you going to get 51% off the hotel had only been open for a week when I stayed so some of the facilities still were not fully operational like the kitchen. Full Tans all around except gave it nine overall simply because everything wasn't operational but I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town

United States of AmericaFor being new not very sound proof as we heard the people walking above us. Not horrible but a bit surprising. Really nothing at the hotel yet. Not much of a lobby or gym. No pool. No breakfast.
This was only their 2nd week open. It was clean, new and not much to the rooms or hotel. If you just want a comfortable place to sleep this is your place. Staff was helpful and friendly.

United States of AmericaI think it was a little pricey, considering the location and the view. Everything seemed clean, until I saw a toenail on the floor, making me question if they even cleaned? The sheets were pretty rough.

United States of AmericaThe clerk told me at check-in my card I used to book online was declined. I knew that wasn’t possible. He finally figured out it was saying that because I used Booking.com. Didn’t like being told my card was declined when I knew I had already been charged. The tv didn’t work. Manager said she would give a 10 percent discount, but again it might take a while because I booked thru booking.com.
Didn’t know they even had breakfast. We were never told about it. 🤔

United States of AmericaThe right side of the property looked like a dump , with an empty trailer container, high grass, pools of sitting water, and at times I could smell sewer from my room. No pool, no breakfast, unfriendly staff that did not greet the clients, and there was an issue with the cleaning staff.
Location is ideal. Building has potential.

United States of AmericaBooking advertised that breakfast is included, but as a matter of fact there were no breakfast since their kitchen is closed, just crappie coffee and a muffin. They don't even have hot water, they microwave it. When you advertise breakfast but there is no actual breakfast it's called false advertisement. :(
Brand new facility, new clean comfortable room.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe overall design of the hotel is minimalist and weird. The bed is like a metal box with a mattress - my husband kept inadvertently kicking the side and making a loud gong-type noise. There was no closet - just hooks on the wall. The door for the bathroom is a barn-style rolling door that left gaps on both sides. The shower has absolutely no shelf space - their shampoo and conditioner are affixed to the wall, so the designer saw no need to add space for yours. The hand towels are on shelves under the sink, but there was no close place to hang them. We were in an accessible room (that we personally did not need), but the knob to change the shower to the hand-held was on the side of the fixed sprayer there is no way anyone with limited mobility would have been able to reach it. The gym has only one treadmill that faces the door - you cannot see your reflection in the mirror because it is entirely behind you. The hotel charges a 3% credit card fee, but will not let you pay in cash. The "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins and gas station quality coffee. My husband asked a question while we were checking out and the woman's response was to sigh loudly and say, "Well, if you would just listen." I hate to disparage a brand new facility, but this place was a miss for us.
The hotel feels very new. It was very clean.
