Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

1 of the Elevators was broke the entire weekend, there were long waits for the remaining elevator as they were sold out for the weekend

Apon checking in I asked where to go and all I was told was 5th floor... Me dumbfound asked and I how do I get their and her response was the elevator... Didn't direct me where to go at all!!! Room was clean bed was extremely comfortable, but the fact I could hear everything in the rooms next to us kinda sucked... I could hear coughing in 1 room next to us and literally a person talking on her phone from the other room!!! Breakfast was ok the normal free breakfast! The waffle batter was out and even when refilled didn't come out of the spout very well syrup was about out and when I mentioned it, it seemed like it was a hassle to get more!!! Overall it got the job done for sleeping!!!

Fixing the shower ceiling. Add more food choices to breakfast including peanut butter
Room was great very clean. The bathroom shower ceiling needed some work. The breakfast was mediocre. Choices were limited imho.

This isnt anything in their control but there seems to be a lot of police activity in the parking which the hotel shares with a Walgreens. Just during the one night we stayed, we saw cops either pull people over or stop people in the parking lot.
Very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Close to many attractions.

"due to covid" the hotel has decided thatba staff of 1 will do. When the family is there they do not give the right example and are mostly chatting.

The only thing I didn’t like was the heater. We stayed at the end of November so we had the heat on. I’m a light sleeper and the heater came on frequently and was a bit noisy. My husband and kids slept through the noise just fine. But being a light sleeper it woke me up constantly through the night.
We stayed for two nights. The location was good, right in town close to numerous restaurants. The staff were polite and answered my questions. Room was clean. beds and pillows were comfortable. We used the indoor pool. It wasn’t anything special. deepest section was only 5 feet but it was good enough for my kids.

No towels in the pool area. No direction to bring your own to the pool.

This is a beautiful hotel and staff was very good.
I was disappointed to have paid over $300 and breakfast was not included. The facility was modern and attractive. Maintenance needs more attention to detail, the paint on the elevator door frames were badly chipped and looked tacky. The elevators were a base model for a little more $ stainless steel door frames might have been a wiser choice.

Honestly the property was very nice. Staff on the other hand. Not warm or friendly. Very stiff. The first night I got woken up at 2 am by a fight. Not the hotels fault. Other than that and rather expensive. The hotel was nice

We would’ve liked to be able to connect the TV to our netflix account to watch netflix on it, but there was no option to do so.
Breakfast was good, they served eggs, waffles, cereal, sausages, bacon and more. Room had a mini fridge and a TV.
