The fan was working one minute in the bedroom then it just stopped working.. when we told someone at the front desk all they said was ok .. nothing more or less..but we made due

The breakfast was great hot and fresh..the staff was very nice and friendly..we enjoyed the pools, bars and the water park as well. . we will stay here again

What I didn’t like was the fact that booking.com got our room all wrong We requested ocean view and 2 queen beds which neither of we got.

We have been coming there for 20 years or more We just don’t want to go anywhere else

The room was dirty. The room looked almost like it had been flooded at one point, the floor was peeling up and I, the woman didn't even feel comfortable walking on the floors without shoes or sitting on the stained couch. The key cards didn't work and I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF THE FRONT DESK WITHOUT GOING ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM THE 14TH FLOOR! The elevators took forever! So, long we took the stairs at times and when we did get on they were scary. They would shake and you could hear them rubbing up against something..I am not sure what... we like the idea of the Waterpark when we take our kids next time but we will choose one that doesn't have a "waterpark" and deal with it. Also we hated the layout of the room. Other places we have stayed there is a bed facing the ocean, here we had to sleep on the pullout bed and 2 days later our backs are still killing us...but no bed bugs we saw I guess...also, was hit up to do a timeshare thing as soon as I checked in...and there is no housekeeping...had to go and ask for towels daily...extremely frustrating....we will not stay there again for years to come...I would rather not have oceanfront if thats the case for what we paid per night

The view, but any hotel on the beach has oceanfront rooms so nothing special really.

537 smelled musty, Tilted bed, dead cockroach in bed room , live in Kitchen and living room, sink drain was unconnected and flooded floor - no one came to repair so I fixed using a coffee cup to prop pipes together .

I wish there was a pool area with the waterslide. The staff would not change the linens when requested. They gave you the linens, and you had to change it yourself. The lazy river needs a better filtration system for the sand that is brought in from the beach and more pull or force to keep people moving.

The room was spacious, and I loved the view. The waterslide was awesome. The beach was beautiful and my girls loved going to the pool.

The elevators need air conditioning. The indoor pool area needs to be brightened. The stairway leading to the indoor pool is dark, with raggedy carpet. Doesn't seem safe .

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The outdoor pool and whirlpool was excellent.

I didn't get the room that I thought I was getting it didn't have the full size refrigerator and it didn't face the beach like it was supposed to be

Had cockroaches in our room, kitchen sinks spigot was loose and the bed had bars under it sticking out. Hallway had a bad odor to it in one area. (Smelled like dead fish) Breakfast buffet was expensive and didn't have very much on it to choose from. Not enough carts to take luggage to and from rooms available, and parking was a nightmare. There was 2 vehicles that had been sitting in the parking garage for a long time. When i spoke to the front desk she said it was probably a home owners car.

There was plenty of pools to swim in. Lobby was beautiful.

The roaches in the rooms and the pools were nasty and the elevators were not working The property wouldn’t give you towels and they never had pool towels clean
