We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room looked almost like it had been flooded at one point, the floor was peeling up and I, the woman didn't even feel comfortable walking on the floors without shoes or sitting on the stained couch. The key cards didn't work and I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF THE FRONT DESK WITHOUT GOING ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM THE 14TH FLOOR! The elevators took forever! So, long we took the stairs at times and when we did get on they were scary. They would shake and you could hear them rubbing up against something..I am not sure what... we like the idea of the Waterpark when we take our kids next time but we will choose one that doesn't have a "waterpark" and deal with it. Also we hated the layout of the room. Other places we have stayed there is a bed facing the ocean, here we had to sleep on the pullout bed and 2 days later our backs are still killing us...but no bed bugs we saw I guess...also, was hit up to do a timeshare thing as soon as I checked in...and there is no housekeeping...had to go and ask for towels daily...extremely frustrating....we will not stay there again for years to come...I would rather not have oceanfront if thats the case for what we paid per night
The view, but any hotel on the beach has oceanfront rooms so nothing special really.

United States of AmericaI wish there was a pool area with the waterslide. The staff would not change the linens when requested. They gave you the linens, and you had to change it yourself. The lazy river needs a better filtration system for the sand that is brought in from the beach and more pull or force to keep people moving.
The room was spacious, and I loved the view. The waterslide was awesome. The beach was beautiful and my girls loved going to the pool.

United States of AmericaHad cockroaches in our room, kitchen sinks spigot was loose and the bed had bars under it sticking out. Hallway had a bad odor to it in one area. (Smelled like dead fish) Breakfast buffet was expensive and didn't have very much on it to choose from. Not enough carts to take luggage to and from rooms available, and parking was a nightmare. There was 2 vehicles that had been sitting in the parking garage for a long time. When i spoke to the front desk she said it was probably a home owners car.
There was plenty of pools to swim in. Lobby was beautiful.
