I was disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open. I know there was a lot of rain 2 days prior to our arrival which may have been the reason.

The "Executive Room" that we booked was, we were told, for an executive traveling on business - i.e., alone. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was glass, so there was no privacy. The staff informed us of this and switched us to a different room. The new room had a proper wall, but the bathroom door was frosted class, clear enough to see the outline of one's partner stepping into the shower or sitting on the john. Not the best design choice. One of the rooms we were in had a shower with no "lip" under the door, so that the water flowed into the bathroom if one was not careful with the direction of the shower head. Another questionable design choice. Breakfast was available, but it was a bit pricey if all you want is a bagel or an egg sandwich.

We stayed two nights, before and after a cruise out of Miami. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was well located - near both the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel was within walking distance of a few breakfast places, as well as Julia and Henry's - a 26-vendor "Food Hall." The staff was unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. They informed us that we might not want to stay in the "Executive Room" that we had booked, for the reasons I'll mention below, and they were able to switch us into a different room. The property was once a bank, so it is an interesting building.

It is located in downtown: Turning to the one side there is construction going on and there are abandoned buildings…(not beautiful places) , but turning on the other side there is a beautiful promenade nearby.

Clean, kind and very helpful staff, good price, interesting building design (in a good way:) ). We stayed only 3 nights and had a car, so it is was comfortable for us for going to the beach by a car.

Even though we hung the "Do not disturb" sign the cleaning personnel kept entering our room and people were knocking on our door to ask us if we wanted some room service.

It was a $23 charge to add the buffet-style breakfast in their attached restaurant.

We stayed here for one night with another couple and were comfortable in a room w two queen sized beds. The property is beautiful and has lots of it’s original pieces (the flooring, elevators and small details are amazing)! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The cost of the breakfast was a bit high and valet parking was high but both were excellent.

In the evening, there were a lot of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel.

This property was in the middle of everything. We could walk to different locations without having to Uber anywhere. The property was so clean, the bed was comfortable and it wasn’t noisy, despite being in downtown Miami.

Hotel in an elegantl building, built to host a bank in 1925. Rooms freshly renewed and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and at breakfast. Rich breakfast served in the special Spanish restaurant of the hotel. Very good position in Downtown Miami, close to a couple of Metromover stations.

Had people next door arguing the whole stay. It wasn't enough of wash clothes and towels in the rooms.

Location was good. Guy at the front desk had us confused about our rooms if they were ready or not. He would say 10 minutes and it's was more like 30 to 45.
