Our beds did not have fitted sheets on them. It was just a flat sheet in between you and a bare mattress.

Everything about the property was great.

The property was in a safe area. It was walkable to all of the places we wanted to go to. The staff was great and accommodating. You were given a number to text for any questions or if you needed something from the staff.

I enjoyed the architecture and history behind the building. It was a great place to stay. Clean with a welcoming, friendly staff. And the good was excellent! The rooftop pool was great!

Location was pretty bad, not their fault. Run down, seemed dangerous esp at night. Restaurant was awful. hallways were dark.

I had to pay for parking. No continental breakfast. No microwave in the room. Had to go through hoops trying to connect to the TV. Called down for blankets and was told they'd bring some up they never did. There were dirty socks in the room when we got there. No microwave downstairs either you had to go to the employee lounge to use it.

I liked that it was next door to the City museum.

It was a bit pricey. I wanted to check for veterans' or other discounts and no one answered the direct line to the hotel so I went through bookings.com and disliked the inability to query options through bookings.

The staff, from the valets to the concierge, were friendly, informative and helpful. It was a great treat simply to relax in the spacious lobby while getting recommendations on where to explore next.

Valet parking wouldn’t have been my preference. But the valet—Orlando—was amazing. Efficient, kind, mindful. I might have preferred a larger selection if grab-and-go snacks/foods.

The space was cool. I appreciated that it was in an old shoe factory/warehouse and much of the old charm remained. The rooms were well-decorated and we thought the rooftop pool was classy and elegant.

The bar staff and the restaurant staff were terrible. The bartender at the Last Call was rude. We had brunch in the restaurant. Biscuits and Gravy were cold. They messed up one of our orders and there was no sense of urgency to get it fixed. His food didn't come out until we had all already finished and then it was cold. My food was pretty good but the server was so lackadaisical it ruined the whole meal.

The front desk staff and valet staff were amazing. My boyfriend forgot a phone charger and they gave him what I suspect was their personal charger. We asked fur ice and it was brought to our room. I love the way the rooms are all tucked in alcoves rather than one long hallway.

The temperature was too warm In the room to sleep comfortably no matter how low the thermostat was set. Also there was no soap available for the bathroom sink.

during the day the location is fantastic, sadly at nigjt it becomes a completely different environment. A fire alarm went off at 4am and could hear not so friendly "interesting sounds" outside for most of the night. They do provide ear plugs though!

The room was great, with a large bed and comfortable. The staff were really helpful, providing great suggestions for parking, etc. There are great restaurants nearby.
