It is a bit dated. A few cobwebs around. A couple of the outlets didn't work, but we made do.

The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved having a patio door with a small patio. Food at Kona Bay was excellent!

There wasn't really anything. The only issue I had was the neighbor being noisy at night, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Continental breakfast could have had healthier cereals.

I loved the omelets that were made for us. I liked having an area to sit and talk with a fire. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very generous that they were willing to give 50% off a appetizer for staying there at the restaraunt.

Floor in our room was sticky and slippery (perhaps the cleaning product used). Patio furniture was dirty. Breakfast bowls of yougart and Granola uncovered and not in individual serving packets. Scones and muffins sitting uncovered on paper doily completely oil soaked (sitting on it for an extended period of time). Toaster and waffle iron needed a good cleaning.

Location overlooking the water was very pretty. Good sized room with good sized combo fridge/freezer. Friendly staff.

I didn’t like that the room was not updated and the breakfast did not have more hot food variety. Also the pool is dirty and needs to be maintain and clean.

It was an older facility. However, for the age it was still nice.

Price was great, had outside bar and a nice restaurant inside with good food. The location was right off the river so the view was nice. Very large place too.

Midweek breakfast was just OK (scrambled eggs, waffles, bread, yogurt, cereal). The omelet station on Friday was really good.

The refrigerator in the room did not work. Despite all our efforts, it would not cool down at all. The balcony would have been more inviting had it not looked over the parking lot.

Breakfast was fine. The omelet station was nice but a piece of toast or English muffin would have been a great addition. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and yogurt.

Came back to hotel at 10 PM after a tour and was very disappointed that the kitchen closed at 10. I would think that you could serve appetizers and pizza until midnight. Went to bed hungry Parking can be difficult if the hotel is full

We missed the confirmation about the pets.

The extra omelette cook was wonderful. The linens were superb. The deck was also very nice which connected with the other rooms if you did want to socialize. The front desk was helpful and patient.

We had a water issue had difficulty with water coming through the ceiling in our room. Was difficult to contact staff. Room above us had children showering unsupervised and had to confront parents on my own. Staff did show up ( maintenance ) and wiped up the mess in bathroom. It also leaked onto one of the beds and floor. When I told desk clerk about the problem.She simply said we will make a note of it. Less than empathetic that I only got a few hours of sleep our last night.

Breakfast was included and made to order omelets were a very nice touch.

Our remote for the TV turned it on and worked for volume but didn't work for turning channels. It wasn't that big of a deal since we were gone most of the time. It is an older hotel, so it is a bit dated. There were a few cobwebs by the window that had some bugs in them.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The omelet bar during breakfast was awesome. The view of Sturgeon Bay from the patio while we ate supper was amazing.
