The shared hot tub area was dirty and needed a lot of cleaning. It looked like it had been thoroughly trashed the night before or had been left open for several days and debris collected inside.

This place was amazing!!! It is quaint and woodsy, with a cute bear theme. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The jacuzzi in the room was perfect and clean. The large semi-outdoor seating area hangout spot on the first floor was sooooo great. It is plexiglassed in but has an opening at the top to let heat out and it has large ceiling fans. It was very comfortable for quiet talk late night outside our room (#14). Smoking is allowed in that area, but there is also room to spread out and the roof is so tall and the breezeway has constant movement of air, so the smoking was not very noticeable or disruptive. The staff was very friendly. The shared hot tub area did look like it had been thoroughly trashed the night before when we went to check it out before we left around 11. I would have liked to see it cleaner in case we wanted an early morning hot tub soak with a nature view, but it didn’t mess up our day because we already had the huge jacuzzi tub in the room anyway. The forest view rooms on the back of the building do have a very serene feel when you walk by them and see the forest and steep hill down below. Feels like you’re very secluded. The front of the hotel is clearly not as secluded with a parking lot view and close to the street, but the windows are newer and very quiet. The blackout curtains are top notch. We couldn’t see anything in or out of our room at anytime with them drawn closed. We could not even see a glimpse into any other room, unlike in many other motel-style places. I never heard any movement in rooms below or around us even though the place was fairly well booked during our stay. The inside of rooms look exactly as shown on the website. The staff was friendly and kind. Easy check on.

The rooms were clean and decorated very cute. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Had a tornado warning during our stay and the employees got towels and water for guest.

Happy camper!! Was perfect!!! The owner was super nice. Had a fantastic time. She let us check in early was very accommodating. Would recommend Lookout Lodge to anyone. Great location close to downtown. Very cool she has an adult side no children on the back side of the lodge.

Beautiful wooded area close to our balcony, above our heads sitting on our balcony is a heater for when you get chilly. Very cozy spacious room decorated to make the room even cozier. We took full advantage of the heated tub soaking the stress away.

The shower curtain did bow out away from the tub. Made it a little tight when trying to adjust the water temperature. It would have been nice to have a dresser so we would have somewhere to put some clothes.

Liked the wood floors, but the room above us must have had boots on when clunking across the room in the morning. The room was very comfortable. There were plenty of electrical outlets--more than exist in other hotels.

Loved this place. The owners were very accommodating the hot tub jets didn't all work, but it was clean and in a good location. If you get a king room, you get a beautiful woods veie from the balcony, and it's just minutes from downtown.

Great location! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a question about visiting a local river and the owner said she would ask her son about it and let us know. Sure enough, I got a text from her with the information! Would definitely stay again! 2 nights for less than $200, can’t beat that!

We were on the bottom floor and the guest above us seemed to like to pace. The floors were LVT, (which I would choose myself to keep the floors clean) however, they aren't great at deadening sound.

Eureka Springs is small so location is a non-issue unless you want to be within walking distance of the downtown. The Look Out Lodge was charming. The rooms looked out over the tree-lined hill. Hot water was plentiful and we had what we needed for a great nights rest.
