I didn't like the transportation, they just took us from the airport but when we finish our holiday they didn't offer a trasportation for going back to airport

I understand that the hotel is older and definitely needs some updating but the one thing that should have been updated already Is the electric. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC that doesn’t have outlets/usb ports on the night stands. There was one plug near the bed but my chargers did not reach it. I actually had to go buy an extension cord so that I could charge my phone/watch and have them near me if I needed to use them while charging. This was my main negative thing. The other one is just better mattresses and pillows

It wasn’t ideal for a solo female traveller. Knowing I was alone, the receptionist put me in a room with a door to a public balcony (it seemed to be a roof top?) and an interconnecting door to another room.

The hotel is quite old, and amenities are old and very basic. When I booked on Booking.com, the total price was $132 , but had to pay $175 at check-in. An extra $ 43 for what they called facility tax or something like that.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was it's location.

On check-out the clerk indicated that I needed to pay the full amount even though everything was paid through Booking.com. Only when I objected did they check and confirm I was correct. Now that I check my bank account, it seems that they double charged me and have not responded to my email query either.

Firstly, the manager and receptionist (just one, because there were two) working when I was checking in were very rude and had attitude. Secondly the heaters were not heating Thirdly, I woke up to find bedbugs crawling under the sheets

Check in took 90 minutes!!! The hotel couldn't locate my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation email and payment confirmation. The manager made it my problem to solve. The rooms are huge which is nice- very outdated- chipped and unaligned furniture. Coffee pot but no cups. Pillows were very flat. Only 2 per bed- photos show 4. Plug ins did not hold the plugs for phone charger, curling iron, etc. Bathtub was repaired incorrectly - very dangerous as it was difficult to stand up - it was like a huge air bubble beneath the surface that made you feel like you were on a surfboard.

The location is perfect for tourists! The housekeeping services were excellent. Water and ice on every floor. Helpful doormen and baggage handlers. The coffee bar hosts were friendly and efficient. Clean towels and linens

They take ages to check you in. I’ve was in several hotel y all of them only ID was needed. When I arrived I have to wait in the lobby for more than half an hour for them to check my payment through booking.

It is very old, not very clean and the bath tub is too old and needs to be replaced. Housekeeping staff not very nice, staff as well.

The elevator was out of service for a few days but there was no communication, or apologies for the inconvenience. We had to find ask where the stairs were as an alternative to get to our room.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms. The cable barely worked. The walls are thin. We could literally hear our neighbors and all the arguments in the hall.

I did not like how hot the room was. Even adjusting the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it was still very toasty in the room.

I loved the view from the room, and the location. It was close to everything within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and even checked us in early without a fee. We didn't have to carry our bags all day which was an amazing thing! That the room was spacious, and quiet at night. I would come here again.
