Well I hoped the place will have like a gym or a terrace to chill ar.

Great location. Right in&out from the hotel as for getting to the room or going wlsewhere. 5min walk from the beach. They give the beach equipment such as chairs and umbrela and water. Clean, welcoming and quiete.

One coffee mug and one of the glasses weren’t very clean. Otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean.

We bought on the booking.com bad&breakfast offer. As we were travelling with children it was important. Unfortunately hotel cancelled breakfasts option without informing the clients. Some small amount of money for breakfast was refunded as a solution. Hotel was full so they could not even offer a late checkout as compensation. Anyway we felt cheated as we would not choose the hotel knowing that they not serve breakfasts.

Excellent apartment. Expensive but spacious and comfortable . Lovely Italian restaurant on the groundfloor The Team was efficient.

We inadvertently went during spring break so access was tricky but that’s not the hotel’s fault - they were proactive with communication so disruption was minimised. Breakfast option has been removed.

I was so happy with this hotel. The staff, especially Ada, were fantastic. She was so helpful and kind. I got there early after a cruise and my room was already available and they let me check in for no additional charge - so nice! The hotel seems newly renovated. My room was comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic. Just one block from the beach. Great restaurants and bars outside the door. Walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Very small bottles of water must always be requested as they were not provided systematically. Varied breakfast but some foods such as pastries, fruits and yogurt can run out quickly.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Concierge 7x24 and very helpful. Excellent restaurant. Wide and beautiful beach at just one block in front of the amazing Ocean Drive street.

It is a bit noisy but this is related to the location mostly. Stuff at breakfast is absolutely not interested, impolite and not saying a word. Breakfast could be organized much better with same setting and small investment. Tables were dirty and no one took plates from previous guest. For 500$ a night I would expect much more.

We liked it! Great location, in the middle of everything, close to the beach. Very nice and clean rooms. Bed is very comfortable. Shower was very nice. We got chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels and walk down few minutes to the beach. Receptionist was very nice and supportive. There is Italian restaurant downstairs and food was actually good.

The hotel has no balcony

The hotel is a short walk away from Miami south beach. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleant ever day. Also the breakfast was very good, they also had almond milk and porridge. And also they had plenty of food available, also fresh pineapple and strawberries. The staff was very friendly.
