Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaPrice gouging, $18.00 for a 1.5 litre bottle of water in your room. Snacks and bevy’s in your room and throughout the hotel were ridiculously priced. Umbrella’s at the pool were non existent unless you rented a cabana or a specialty lounge chair with side table…only those areas received access to umbrella’s. Double lounge bed was $150 per day. Pay close attention to your receipt when leaving the restaurant named “The Pantry”. My total charge for breakfast was $41.72 with tax included however the suggested tip of 18% showing on the receipt calculated as $12.15 which is a 29% tip. Very deceitful if you ask me.
Very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Loved the pool and area surrounding the pool. Great hot tub too! DPlenty of lounge chairs and pool staff were also excellent. Ice on every floor. Elevators were fast and wait time was minimal.

United States of AmericaThe staff very helpful and friendly which is awesome considering the volume checking in at one time. I had requested 2 rooms close together, upon check in, I was upgraded to a 2 room suite on the 8th floor. Very spacious and enjoyed the big jetta tub.

Perfect for location and one night. I booked for a view of the Las Vegas Strip, which was worth it for a little extra cost. Smashing place and unbelievable town for a single night.

United States of AmericaBathroom was outdated but clean. Did not like the minibar we needed a fridge and microwave in our room because we were traveling with young kids. The frozen yogurt place seemed to close very early.
Location is great! & the pool and pool staff was perfect. Mexican food was good. Selfparking garage was easy to get in and out of and you could walk a lot of places too.

United KingdomI'm sure it's the case at most of the resorts but no fridge was frustrating for us as we were road tripping and had items in a cool bag. You can request the mini bar to be swapped but we believe there is a charge so we didn't. When we walked into our room there was a strong smell of chemical. It transpired that a chunk of tile in the bathroom had been patched up, fine, but this was done after the cleaners had been and remnants of the work were left over and in the bath. The smell had faded by day two and didn't cause any issues in the long run. You are forced to walk through the casino which smells like a chain smokers living room – cigarettes and air freshener, pretty revolting for non smokers! But you get used to it :-)
We had a great stay at The Mirage. Having had relatives stay there in the past we knew it was a good option. Our room was large and comfortable with a view of the strip and pool. The pool is lush. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel and was the best price for very good quality. We enjoyed the proximity to other resorts, especially Caesers who had good vegan options in their restaurants. Also easy to get up to the arts district and downtown which were my absolute fave parts of Vegas.

United States of AmericaThe place just needs a bit of an update. While the room was spacious and nice, the bathroom was tiny.
Location is great. The Mirage is iconic (loved seeing the Volcano show), but does need a bit of an update. The rooms are extremely spacious, though, and the pool area was a great way to spend the day.

AustraliaI disliked walking through the casino to get in and out of the Mirage each time. I would have liked a kettle in the room so that I could make a cup of tea, and a fridge would also have been helpful.
The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a good selection of places to eat with great quality food.

United States of AmericaThe wait to check in and out was over an hour and a half. Also, even though I had arranged a late check out time I was inconveniently locked out of my room extending my check out time even further. Apparently, there was no communication of this and was very inconvenient on my last stressful day of getting out of town on time.

United States of AmericaAt times we heard hallway noise. The bathroom was a tad small and the yellow tint on the windows (from dust or design, we could not tell) impacted the view. But these were minor quibbles. Overall we were very happy there.
We had read mixed reviews of most of the big Strip casino-hotels but I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised by the Mirage's evident renovations and updates. Room was large and attractive w/ a memorable view of the pool and Strip. Common areas were all well-designed and we especially enjoyed the leafy and large outdoor pool area w/ its hot tubs, the big gym, and all the shopping and eating amenities on the ground floor. Also parking was easy (and free somehow), staff were friendly (the kids loved the giant fish tank behind reception), and the volcano show was impressive. Also we could easily walk to the Sphere and much else around the central Strip. We would absolutely stay there again.

LuxembourgCoffee and tea facilities in the room would have been good. That the pool could have opened for the Easter weekend
The location was good, on The Strip, so easy to visit many other themed hotels and places there. The pool looked good, but sadly was not open for the season yet during our visit. the Casino, bars and restaurants in the hotel complex were good and convenient.

United KingdomWe purchased the upgraded sunbeds which were nice and comfy (got great service from Brazilian girl one day, forget her name I'm afraid) but Heather who looked after us another day was too bossy and kept interrupting us to see if we were ok .... even though we were sleeping on the sunbeds at the time and the whole day we found her to be "intrusive" and was a pain in the ****. She came to close the check too early and was very pushy and annoying to be honest. When I booked the room through a delightful girl called Camilla on reception, I did so on the proviso that I had a low room due to anxiety of heights. However, upon arrival the chap behind the desk whose name was Craig (although different name on another day!!!) was very dismissive and said I would basically get what I was given. Two other staff members were very kind when they saw I was upset and resolved the issue. When you pay for something on a stipulation of a certain condition being met then it is only fair and reasonable to expect that to be fulfilled. Also, the chap in the coffee shop took a long time with the coffee, left it standing whilst we were waiting to pay and served another customer... and then expected a tip!! personally, I don't understand the tipping structure when you are not at a table being served and why you would even consider tipping in that situation - I guess that's the Brit in me??? The is the most dislikes I have posted for ANY of the dozen hotels we stayed at during our fabulous recent trip to the States. I'm not a moaner and none of these ruined anything for us and it's just genuine feedback.
We stayed at 3 hotels in Las Vegas in this trip. 4 days at the Bellagio, 2 days at Caesars and 3 days at the Mirage after changing our plans to stay on in LV due to fab weather. In all honesty, the Mirage had the worst room of the 3, although still comfortable and the water pressure was better than Caesars. However, the windows were draughty and the air conditioning noise was intrusive into the room because the windows wouldn't shut property. I understand there is a refurbishment due soon? Liked the pool area - not pretentious at all Loved the Beatles Cirque de soleil it's a must see!!!
