This is totally on me myself, but given the need to commute to Downtown Brooklyn pretty much everyday during my stay, this probably is a bit far and takes too much time. On the other hand, commuting within NYC is almost half of ones 24 hours by default anyway.

What I liked the most were hosts and their hospitality, promptness with replies and no intrusion without necessity whatsoever during the whole stay. Another thumbs up for cleanliness and close proximity to public transportation of various kinds.

Nicole and Jason are really good hosts and made our first stay in the United States really enjoyable. They were always available for questions and recommendations. The apartment is big enough for 5 people. Everything you need for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity. The metro can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It was a perfect stay !!

There is a bit of noise from the street at night; part of the big city experience I guess!

The apartment is bright and cheery and the living area is very comfortable, with large couches to relax on. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook full meals when we chose to, with plenty of storage, fridge space and utensils. There were some very handy basics provided and when we needed something, our hosts were immediately helpful. Parking was right outside the door. By car, Coney Island Beach was less than half an hour in one direction and Manhattan just over half an hour the other way, so the location offers quite easy access to a huge range of activities.

Everything was great; it was a wonderful stay!

The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The owners put a lot of thought into making the place very welcoming; the location was great. The host was very accommodating, personable, and very friendly.

It is far from Manhattan (we knew it, but the price compensate for the UBER rides), and there aren’t many interesting shop/restaurant around (hence do shopping or dinner before your UBER back home)

we visited New York with the whole family, and Nicole’s appartement was perfect. Very clean, good beds, spacious, modern air conditioning, etc: Nicole cares about her apartment. Relatively calm (for New York standards:) ).

First day arrived in New York i messaged host to say we had arrived she git dates mixed and thought we was coming a day after so therefore the clean of the property was not done properly. Pics have been added on what we found when we cleaned the last day under the sofas. Also they decided to keep deposit pls if you are going to pay deposit pay by credit card as excuses were made and our deposit was never returned. Pls take photos we were accused of ruining the sofa which was like this when we checked in. Also the day the deposit was to be returned and for them to check property on departure the woman could not make it but we had to catch a flight and leave. Also they deposit was taken out of my bank account thw same day it was not even kept in pending they took the money. Pls make sure you take pics of property the same day as arrival.
