Only one small issue - the bed was a little noisy. After a full day of walking and being a tourist, once we got in and settled it was barely noticeable.

We loved the area and how easy it was to get to both Clearwater and St. Pete. Our room was clean and the staff responded quickly to a plumbing issue we had - left for the day and it was fixed before we returned. The hospitality area with waters, beach towels and coffee was a pleasant surprise!

Parking was not good. Air conditioning was very loud. Full kitchen but missing many things-toaster sets off fire alarm.

Location was perfect! Nice set up. A little out dated but still nice.

Our room set up was not functional with 4 people, we stayed last year and was hoping for the same kind of layout, however the bathroom was off the single bedroom so that made it very inconvenient. The sofa bed was not comfortable (def recommend bringing blankets we had zero for that). The cleaning people also forgot to clean behind the sofa so it was gross.

The location is great. The beach access and amenities it provides (pools, grills, laundry room, beach toys) is wonderful. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen which was great!

It was a little run down.. some of the furniture was dirty(twin bed frames). Scuffs on walls, mildew in showers. Appliances were old but still functional

My mom has a rough time with steps. We were on the ground floor but there were still alot of step ups or down to the drive way, patio area and pool.

The balconies are shared so people have to cross each other's balconies to leave their room through the sliding doors. The parking is awful, most guest have 2 vehicles and double park. We were blocked in by the condo above us on 2 separate nights.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, they provided everything you need for a day in the pool or a day on the beach. The location was perfect, the beach was not overcrowded.

The location is a little far removed from dinning and other activites. Since we did not rent a car we Ubered everywhere.

The BED; HORRIBLE! The mattress is uncomfortable, noisy, and has seen better days. Should have been replaced years ago. My rating would be a 10+ if not for the mattress. Also, other tenants parked in our reserved space so that gets annoying.

This is not our first stay here and we LOVE IT! We like that it's a small building so it's quiet and low key. The room is clean and the location is perfect with Indian Shores Coffee just short walk away, and Salt Rock Grill across the street. The views from the room can't be beat; overlooking the beach and the ocean is breath taking.

Wife says the fridge / ice machine water spout was very dirty and dust on all the lighting that hangs. She cleaned all the handles and Kevin supplied the Lysol and cleaning supplies which made her very happy.

Beach front view, the property manager Kevin was excellent and the company should be very greatful to have him working for them. The convince to do laundry and restaurants that surround the area made it a great time! Will likely book again for next year!

Beds were not comfy and booking.com did not have the accurate text number posted so we missed our first night. Thankfully the property owners gave us a night for free to make up for the hassle

The bathroom was a bit tiny....but overall, it was ok. It would have been an issue if there were 2 couples staying there with limited countertop space. The heat (furnace) worked well as it was pretty darn cold in January.

Nice cozy little Condo unit right on the beach. Onsite staff was very super nice and helpful. Our 2-bedroom condo was large enough for the 2 of us no problem. Nicely decorated and had a good selection of kitchen items. The beach area was actually getting restored after the past hurricane washed so much sand away. It was amusing to watch truckload after truckload of sand get dumped out.

The kitchen was very poorly stocked. Only 3 pans to cook with and they were not in good shape. No measuring cups, no baking pans, no serving bowls, no platters for grilling. The doors to the deck were very difficult to open and close.

The location of the unit was amazing. Steps from the beach, the second floor provided wonderful morning shade and a perfect view of the ocean. The sunsets were PERFECTION! Three bedrooms were great (and often hard to find) and parking was close and easy. The on site caretaker was very nice and helpful. The pool was comfortable and very clean!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the comforter in the queens bedroom was not cleaned. It had a really bad smell that took over the whole room. We had to put the comforter in the closet.

the fridge freezer was not operational. although a mini fridge was delivered promptly, all my freezer produce was wasted. no elevator option so with many bags and in the heat it was a challenge.

Parking pits had to park in front garbage cans then bushes against my vehicle then got blocked in folks double parking. Large group staying took up pool areas both loud music unable to use pools. Ice maker broke had water bottles hot in it. Whish cut bush back so could see more ocean view.
