I was on the 7th floor and dunno whether there is a disco nearby, blasting music at night. Also, you gotta hear planes at all times as one of the airports is not too far. What i didn't know/expect was the Asia area, impossible to find a western supermarket or restaurant. As vegan, i did struggle finding a suitable meal.

Considering prices in NY, this hotel was "relatively" cheap. Comfy mattress, good size room, late check out. I'd stay again for a short time.

The tiny room was about the size of a jail cell, no window, quite stark---yes you get what you pay for and for low price, ok, I had come from Greece via Lon don, very tired, crashed in 5 minutes, woke up 4 hours later (jet lagged) was able to change connection flight to 6:00 am so did not need lux accommodations for only 5 hours

The balcony door was hard to close and keep closed. On one side of the bed, the flooring was destroyed and the nightstand was not in place properly due to the shower. You have to use your room card to control the lights in the room. The doors to the toilet area and shower closed very hard and loud which is concerning as it is glass.

The location is great for food. The balcony feature was a nice add on. The staff was great. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little too comfortable at times.

-There was no phone in the room. -Nothing on Booking.com about providing a deposit, which wasn’t an issue, but would have been nice to know. - Checking out of the hotel was dreadful, the receptionist left to go and run errands so no one was there to check us out. A cleaner said “you can leave your key” I said no I would like someone to check us out as we need to know how our deposit will be returned. The cleaner said as we paid by card the deposit would be returned in 5 working days so we left for the airport. If we had paid in cash we would have to wait for her return, that whole episode was unprofessional leaving the cleaner who was passing to explain this to us. Surely it was still within the check out time, therefore important for someone to be there to assist. - The room had one of those do not disturb on one side and make up room cards, we put that on the door for the room to be made up after two days and it still wasn’t done. When we went down to reception as there was no phone - they explain we need to speak with them as the card is not used. Then why have them in the room - strange

The didn’t return my deposit and no one cleaned my room even after I asked for service

I didn't like the wood bedding's, it was all chopped up looking and ugly. I didn't like how small the rooom was, it was very crammed. I think the price of the room isn't worth it

The prices for the rooftop bar were very high

Great hotel, especially for the price. We walked to/from the hotel to the subway in morning & night, I felt safe every time. The room was a comfortable size and clean.

The male staff wasn’t that nice. The cleaning lady was rude and tried to get ne out early even though I had late check out and didn’t even apologise.

The bed was a little too soft but the pressure of the shower was good.

Noisy air conditioning Fixtures and fittings were good quality but showing signs of wear now Hotel is next to a 'party house', loud music til 4am, luckily we were able to sleep through it due to being so tired
