I would suggest making it clear on the website that the breakfast is served up on the third floor. I was travelling with my mother who has some mobility issues. She ended up being able to get to the breakfast area okay, but it might be helpful to let people know that ahead of time just in case there are concerns.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was fantastic and helpful in every way. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely return.

So clean, cozy and inviting. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Service and care and attention to detail of all the staff was above and beyond. It’s also in walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. We can’t wait to come back.

The only thing is beyond their control. People drive down the street with their music blasting out of their cars, and although it is infrequent it happens. Still, that is beyond the Inns control and it rarely happens. A rare occurrence.

Delicious and varied. They also accommodate different dietary needs. The location is central to downtown and you can walk everywhere. That is a bonus

Everything was perfect. Lovely home cooked breakfast was delicious. Hospitality was amazing and personable. Perfect walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Truly felt like a home away from home, will be staying here again!

Parking is a little far away. We also had a little trouble getting the temperature where we wanted it.

The breakfast was Amazing & Delicious!!! Tiffani was very friendly & the breakfast area was so clean and a cozy layout!! Y'all did a great job (we are from Texas) we would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Outlook. and it was in the perfect location 👌😊

The place is beautiful, in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes from where everything happens and the harbor. The host is highly attentive and available at all times. Property is immaculately maintained with newer furnishings and upgrades. It exceeded our expectations. We would return there in a heartbeat.

I was a little nervous about the parking but everything else was awesome Wish we had stayed there 2 nights

Loved how big the suite was bc we had 4 of us 2 separate rooms & bathrooms was amazing Loved the extra touches like a makeup Towel the sitting area kitchen & little porch Loved the breakfast 😋 Maria was so friendly 🥰 Tiffany was so attentive & patient with all my questions
