A perfect stay at Miami Beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms and a No 1 breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the Tiki Bar. A perfect place to spend a few days in Miami Beach.

The Food in the restaurant had to be returned a couple of times, although they did remove from the bill, so that was settled.

Rooms were lovely and clean and very quiet. All the facilities were good and staff always polite and helpful. It’s not cheap but it was a real treat. We did the sunrise yoga class twice which was great. Really enjoyed the beach snacks and cocktails. Can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Everything was amazing , perfect spot for family get away !!!! Lots of kids get ready for it ..compliments to Carlos Brazilian bell man !!! He gave us lots of recommendations around Miami and was on top of his service

The restaurant was mediocre for the price, and we never were able to sit outside on the dining patio. It was always full, which for a hotel of its size, I thought was really small.

My family of four stayed in a Deluxe King room with a pull out sofa. It worked out great. I especially liked we had a different toilet room from the shower. We also had plenty of storage and closet space.

Need a whirlpool,

Hotel smelled like a spa, great modern electronics in the room, pool was wonderful at 85 degrees, sadly there was no jacuzzi whirlpool though. Beautiful breakfast area

The pool area is too crowded with chairs. We have the room next to the elevator, which was annoying.

Location. Friendly staff and arquitectura. Low building and great beach We love this hotel and we have been there many times. Manly because of the beach and the location. Also the palm decoration provides a relaxed ambience.

There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like about this property. What was that delicious scent in the hotel?

The staff were courteous and accommodating. Dinner was fantastic. Went to attend the Pink concert and was pleasantly surprised by The Palms.

The hotel provides two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Staff were also available out there to take orders and deliver food and drinks which was great.
