The drawers in room didn't stay shut there were stains on the couch the coffee table was broken and u could see where it was tried to be repaired the air conditioning and heat was awful in the room

I liked the room but there were a few things that were needing fixed in the room so that was upsetting for the price I've paid

We went into the resturant/bar area to shoot some pool. We were told they already stopped serving food which was fine. Got a couple drinks and $5 in change from the bartender. We were into second game of pool and another employee who was at the bar drinking with a few others shut the lights off above us. No one came over and said we are closing or mentioned that part (we were there maybe 30 min) yet the lights were on directly above the rude ass employees who again were drinking... they appeared to be done with their shifts yet still represent the hotel. If it were based on these people, they deserve a 1 and that is only because of the bartender... she was pleasant

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff goes above and beyond. We booked the room online and unfortunately the room we were supposed to get was having work done on it (jacuzzi room). The gentleman at the desk was able to communicate with his supervisor and we got an even better deal getting upgraded to the deluxe suite (the jacuzzi was the whole reason I booked here). Breakfast had a good variety to choose from (eggs, biscuits, gravy, a meat, along with fruit and cereal type items) we were definitely satisfied and full. I gave the hotel an 8 because of the front desk courtesy, food and cleanliness.

We had a 4 night stay and had to ask for towels multiple times. Hardly any of the staff speaks English so that made things difficult at times. Every time you moved on the beds they made some pretty loud noises. And the rooms are pretty dark at night even with all the lights on. The pool was closed for maintenance which is what they told us last year as well. Honestly the stay was okay but our room we had last year was larger and had more lighting not sure why we got a smaller room this go around.

Wonderful staff working hard to get breakfast out, however, food not done well. Eggs aren’t fresh made. Coffee not to American quality. Stale bagels. It is better to provide a few items with excellence than a large variety sub standard. I believe breakfast serving staff need professional training for food prep and service. And so does whomever is ordering product. I believe the focus needs a shift from just getting it out there and getting it done to achieving excellence in whatever is done. A little help would make a big difference. Mattresses not comfortable. Key cards lost validation and had to be reset multiple times.

Did not like the breakfast! Added half and half toy coffee and it was curdled. The food looked like it had been heated up from the day before. The waffles looked like thawed out eggos that had been put in a pan of water and soaked. Just nasty. Room was nice but for the price ,it would have been nice to have breakfast and coffee.

The breakfast was not good at all. I could only eat a bagel and I tolerated the eggs for protein. My wife could only eat a bagel and cereal. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bedding is too lightweight for such a cold climate.

The on-site restaurant was very good. The chef is really good at what she prepared on her menu. That was very unexpected compared to the hotel overall.

I arrived around 4 o’clock, was told room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. When I asked for a credit towards my room surprisingly another room was available. The view of this room was a bunch of broken pallets and debris.
