Interior paint was a bit old and the smoke alarm in our room probably dated back to the 1980's (concerning). Other things like old carpet and bathroom fixtures could use updating. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, and the usual stuff. The coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel. But like I said all in all it was a great price for an okay place. I would recommend it.

The place is a little old but they are currently renovating. It was fine for what I needed and the location was perfect. I have paid a lot more for other hotels that are very similar. Placed in mid Murray city it is central to just about anywhere in the Salt Lake area.

They were updating a lot at hotel. Bed sheets not so great looking. Car was robbed behind hotel, a few questionable characters running around the area

There construction and its noisy. I could hear the person above us walk across the room and getting in the bed I could also hear them I. The restroom and the people next door I could hear them talking all night

You noticed an unusual smell as soon as you walk in. Corporate needs to go to this location and do a remodel this place could be great if they upgraded. The pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Our room had that smell and needed to be cleaned better, in that case, they did have a sign outside Hiring Housekeepers. They charged us $150 and then $9 what! Really we have stayed at newly built hotels in the area that charged us $20. The outside was picked up unfortunately by the main trash it was horrible. Shame on Comfort Inn for not updating this place, and paying their employees more. I hate reviews since some are full of it, this is why we tried it, for us the low rating is true will not return. The location is GREAT!

our room was not very clean when we got there, covered the microwave first night, because light stayed on in it, 2nd day realized you have to slam it shut to use it and keep light off. there was road construction going on while we were there which kind of made it difficult to get to and sleep. probably done with now.

it has a lot of ammenities, beds were ok, and not to bad to get to off of freeway.

The cleanliness of the hotel. For this room, we had standing water in the shower when we arrived, and the light switches looked like they hadn't been wiped down or sanitized in a long time

Construction on main road, so had to get in the back way. They didn't get communication about handicap room or at least being close to elevator! Could of moved to different room after 3 days if one was available. But didn't want to haul everything again. Did get a handicap chair for shower. Needs remodeling/fixing swim area. Breakfast ok, but apples were old!

The carpet on the stairs was awful. And the toilet in our second room didn’t flush the first time. The tv in our first room quit working after 15 minutes.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Not enough fruit choices and the butter does not need to be cold. The cereal was for little kids and not healthy choices.

Priceline listed this hotel as having airport shuttle service. It does not. Cost me $40 one way.

that they couldn’t only charge me for one night cause I had the stay in booking.com. I had to fight with both to just get my money back for only staying one night and they still have not rembursed me that money

That the hotel won't close out my credit card they let the security deposit stay as pending until the credit card closes it out and that usually takes about 7 business days or more.. all they would have to do is finalize the transaction and I would get it back the next day.. this to me is horrible business and pure lack of customer care
