Overall the property needs updating, but aside from its worn look, it had a great restaurant, a nice size lobby bar, a small poolside bar and comfortable poolside seating. Beds and pillows were to my liking.

I was charged for the minibar after departure, which is untrue. I wrote e-mails and messages on booking. No contact, calling several times does not help. That's why I think it ultimately influenced my opinion. Not enough space in the room for 4 people. The reception does not pay attention to the fact that many guests book their sun loungers by the pool in the morning, throwing away their towel and not coming back all day. The pool area is small and intimate with restaurant tables. Our toilet broke on the first day.places on the beach are not very attractive.

Modern rooms, intimate, quiet during the day. There is no music playing by the pool, only peace. Very nice location, a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Breakfast possibilites outside hotel 1 coffeebar other one was an a la carte restaurant with a few options and a bit overpriced For Each room has 2 beds and towels available at the beach, 5th family member brings extra costs and sunumbrella is not included so extra charges, bit disappointing without sun umbrella impossible to be at beach

Breakfast was in totally other building quite far away and the closest neighborhood did not have options available.

Room and pool area were fabulous. Location was great too.

It wasn't exactly clear where the "resort" area of the beach was

I was worried that staying here during Spring Break would be loud, but the hotel was wonderfully quiet and had good amenities. The room was clean and had a desk and a great shower.

The room didn;t have a place to open the luggage, but as I had 2 beds I was able to use one as a clothes storage area. I liked the steamer they provided rather than traditional iron, however it didn't work. I didn;t have time to ask for a new one from the front desk.

The location was very convenient to the convention center and the beach. I was able to reach the restaurants and cafes on Lincoln Ave very easily. Also, it was by an Art museum. If I had more time I would have liked to visit the art museum.

The smell seems like an old woody place. It is very expensive for how the place looks. They claim they are a luxury hotel but you dont get it because the place is dated. They don’t refill toiletries unless you ask for it. The daily deposit is too expensive as well. $150 a night is a LOT and that is the first time we have to deposit that huge amount when we stayed in other luxury hotels and 5 star hotels before that don’t charge that exuberant fee. They will set you off from your travel

The convenience to south beach and they offer free rides to the beach and the fact that they uses Molton Brown.

This was our second stay at the Plymouth. We love it. It's charming decor, style, nice pool, great bar and fantastic Japanese restaurant.

The pool heater was broken and no one told us, apologised and we only found out by investigation! The room cleaning staff were unhelpful unpredictable and one clean one of our two rooms suite! Heh!

There was no lamp or bedside table on one side of the bed, and no plug for charging there either. Room backed on to the lift and when in bed we could here the vibration of the lift movement which we found disturbing.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was attractive and the bed very comfortable. The shower was designed for accessibility (we didnt request this) and was very nice. We enjoyed a delicious Japanese meal in the restaurant.

Small room, door to bathroom is quite "thin". Other doors would be better.

Nice staff, well organized vallet. Room is nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere in general. Good and relatively quiet location.

Little things were haphazard. A bit faulty towers! Movie night was meant to start at 8pm. We left after sitting for an hour with them still trying to set it up! Room was clean but little things were missed day to day (like refills and water).

Iconic building, architecture and design. Convenient location. Amazing sushi restaurant.
