I didn’t like the restaurant next door. They shouldn’t advertise for them I called from my hotel room and no answer. Then I went over to order food and it took over an hour to get. So was very unhappy with my service from the restaurant.

The unit seems like it needs a little updating, the slider glass door was completely fogged and when we arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it.

I love the location, that there is a pool, hot and sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family did have a great time.

The only elevator was long way from the room and to take the dog outside was a walk

I didn't like the fact that on the night of fireworks I got a phone call from the office that my dog was barking at the fireworks. There were other dogs.barking. also, I just hoped that they got a phone call as well. Kind of put a damper that somebody called about the dog disturbing them during the fireworks Explosions

I like the fact that it's a pet friendly hotel. I liked the friendliness of the staff at the front desk when getting extra towels for the room. I like the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a restaurant right there. It would be nice if they had room service but understandable loved the pool,sauna,hot tub...Nice to relax in!

Baby crying few doors down. Not the company fault But bring a baby that not use to that kind of rooms. You don't get much sleep if you hear them few rooms over. But never happened before. I always bring my own blankets because my dog gets so cold.

I only wished their bathroom was a little bigger. I am in a wheelchair and it was not even big enough to accommodate my wheelchair inside the bathroom. I had to use my walker when inside and even that I had to maneuver inside.

We loved the location of the hotel and the room they h gave us which on first floor. It was also clean and most important they were pet friendly.

Surface clean acceptable, deep clean needed....bathtub needs recaulking, mattresses a bit soft, needed to move mattress to use plug...box springs very dirty.

Lack of capital improvements over the years really shows. Time to update flooring. Many motels are moving away from carpeting. That would be a good idea for the Polynesian.

The bathroom could use a little care as to caulking and paint; but it was clean. I really didn't like that our room smelled of wet, old dog.

Our room was clean, had a microwave, a table and two chairs, a fridge (quite a hummer), and the parking spot right outside. Bathroom toiletries smelled nice. The lobby is spacious and cozy, with coffee on offer in the morning; the pool looked inviting through the window from the reception area. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant "The Rusty Anchor" is just outside and offers real nice food - so we had dinner and breakfast there. Downtown is only a couple blocks away.

pool wasn’t very clean, one time my daughter was swimming and a chunk of long black curly hair, wrapped around her leg. Hot tub was nice and clean though. We didn’t try the sauna.

Staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, also at check it the manager gave us an extra discount because of the long wait time. Great trail to direct beach access! Loved are balcony view of ocean. Room was clean , comfortable beds. We had fun playing in the outdoor sand area , volleyball and swings.

I realize they’re in the process of updating, so I hope that will include a little more comfortable furniture in some of the suites. Otherwise, looking forward to seeing more improvements as the updates continue.

We like how quiet it is, generally; handy to have the Rusty Anchor right outside the door, but also not so far away from other dining options. The suites allow for bringing and preparing our own food as well. Appreciated the faster Wi-Fi/internet compared to previous stays.

The bathroom needs a good cleaning(walls) and the toilet flush handle operation was difficult( broke).

The fold out sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but most are, and that extra bed was great to have.

Well, the hotel just feels like it straight from the 1970s L O L probably be updated but maybe that’s what keeps the prices cheap. I had a great time with my partner, and that’s what matters the most. We only slept in the motel at night. The rest of the days were spent on the ocean.

Location was great because it was just a car ride away from the actual ocean front and the hotel was affordable being It was the end of August and I appreciate the front receptionist Nicole with her help.

Nice big suite perfect for our two-day stay with our small dog Poppy. Clean with no pet odor. Carpet was stained in places, but this was expected for a pet-friendly room. Full kitchen was handy for us. Ordered room service for our two dinners, which were excellent, from the Rusty Anchor Restaurant. Good access to the beach. A fireplace too. We enjoyed seeing the deer walk by every day.
