Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe atmosphere of the Ramble Hotel and the polite, friendly staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the interior and exterior of the Ramble Hotel. Loved the easy access to the coffee bar and the beautiful hotel bar. Walking around the historic neighborhoods was a plus.

United States of AmericaThe staff treats you like you’re a burden. The lobby turns into a bar that’s very crowded in the evening and you’ll have issues getting anything there. We were scolded and moved around the room several times by different employees with different ideas where we should stand while waiting for a seat. The windows in the room are huge but ours were directly across from apartments that you can see right into so you need to keep the blinds closed. The shower leaked horribly and there’s no where to put your suitcase in the room. Not for seasoned travelers but more gimmicky.
It’s in a nice location close to a lot of restaurants and amenities.

MexicoI think guests with a car should pay a one-time fee. Not $35 dlls every single time we would go to the hotel.
Star were incredibly nice and super accommodating

United States of America- The iPad/sound system wasn't working in our room - We were only able to find 1 suitcase rack, that's miss for this category of hotel - Room was a little smaller than we expected and didn't have a desk - It's in the arts district which is a trendy area, but to us it didn't really feel like a walkable area
- Room was very clean - Very comfortable bed - The lobby is a very nice space to work in (available when Death and Co. isn't in service). Lots of natural light. - Espresso bar downstairs was good, and if you buy a drip coffee it comes with unlimited refills (use wisely)

CanadaRooms were quite tight. I missed some sort of luggage rack or even someplace to put luggage. Also, the taps didn’t produce overly hot water. Very warm, but not hot.

United States of AmericaThe Ramble is my go-to at least once per year when I am in Denver. It's vibrant, cozy and scrumptious - both for food and drink. It's a lovely urban retreat and a great place for a work base-camp as well, especially for meetings in the airy cafe.

United States of AmericaThe hotel doesn’t really have a lobby. The very busy bar and restaurant take up the whole lobby. It’s loud and hard to hear the employees checking you in. There was an almost constant group of people standing outside the door to get in the building and thankfully the door man made sure you were able to get through if you were a hotel guest. The room doesn’t have anywhere to put your bags or clothes. There are no dressers, no luggage rack, and only a couple of hangers. The sliding barn door on the bathroom didn’t stay closed.
Great location in RiNo near lots of bars and restaurants. The aesthetic in the rooms is well done. Staff was very nice, from check in to valet and doorman.

United States of Americalarger work out area. formalized dining for quieter space. rooms are a bit small with not much space for luggage.
The staff was attentive and friendly. They were very responsive to any requests. The lobby which is a bar was very active and created good energy. There is no actual restaurant, which would be nice, but you can eat in the bar. Fitness room is small but it is a boutique hotel
