Breakfast was just ok. A lot of sugar items, eggs tasted rubbery, no vegetables.

Open lobby with comfortable seating and fireplace, staff were very friendly and seemed to care a lot about your needs. They were willing to microwave some food for me when my room microwave didn’t work, put in a work order immediately and tried accommodating my room request. Family friendly atmosphere. Pool was fun.

Checking in was a 45 min process. Seemed most guests were arriving at same time. It’s best to wait until 6 or after to check in.

Nice room. A bit pricey, but it’s Pigeon Forge, all Hotels are pricey there.

The wifi was terrible and one outlet in the room with an extender attached over by the desk Definitely need another outlet in the room and invest in better wifi

Our stay was plagued by a neighbor with a dog that barked through the night and during the day. We had a 10 month old with us, and made it IMPOSSIBLE to get her to stay asleep with the dog next door. Complaint was made to staff, but nothing seemed to have came of it. Probably won’t stay again in large part because of this.

We didn't like that we were charged a trailer fee of $75 for a single axle aluminum trailer after we had already checked in. The only reason was because of how we parked it otherwise I doubt we would have been charged.

The lobby was very nice and the location was great! The room we were in had recently been remodeled to include new flooring. Room was spacious snd the walk-in shower with glass doors was nice.

Cleanliness was lacking. There were splatters and smudges on nearly every wall, the fridge was a bit dirty, there was hair all on the floor in the bathroom, and there was sticky stuff randomly on the floor. We had family in two other rooms and theirs were also not cleaned well. The coffee machine was broken in the room.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, fun pool, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

First thing early in the morning the maids were outside our room laughing and talking all morning. Literally from 8am when I got woke up til checkout time. It was quite annoying especially for those that wanted to just sleep in a little extra than normal without any kids.

Everything was super clean, great water pressure and beds we're comfortable. It was quiet at night.

The pool and hot tub were advertised as 24 hours...they were not. Pool was small and difficult to enjoy due to extremely rowdy kids throwing and kicking balls around the indoor area despite there being families with toddlers in the water. Only 1 set of elevators and 2 washers/dryers for the entire facility.

Ms. Judy at breakfast was such a sweet woman. Location was perfect. Rooms were decent. Water pressure was great; the shower was the best part of the room. Staff was pleasant.

How convenient it was to the attractions and restaurants and my kids loved the 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub.
