Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyOur breakfast was included but it was not all you can eat. You get the menu and can just eat for a certain amount of money, if you exceed it, you have to pay the difference. Also dinner was way overpriced and the foos medium tasty. The hotel's public spaces were not really clean, but at least the room was clean. Noisy beach as there was a contraction side close by.
Nice beach and water. There is seaweed but the hotel is trying to clean it up regularly. Nice pool and nice rooms. Friendy staff at the reception's frontdesk.

United States of AmericaI believe that the room could be a bit cleaner. For example, I noticed that the bathroom floor had dust and a wrapper in the corner near the sink stall our entire stay. This led me to believe that the floor was not swept daily when towels were changed. When asking for linens to be changed, it took a bit of time. I feel that, for the amount of days that we spent at the facility, the floors should have been mopped and vacuumed and the linens and towels should have been changed daily.
I enjoyed the staff and the service at the restaurant. Brian and Stephanie were fabulous.

United States of AmericaCould use improvement-the pool is very old, the elevator was broken, our bathroom sink had a very loud leak, housekeeping stopped by once during our 4 night stay. The “daily hotel charge” ($55 per day) covers all the things that should be included in the price of your stay.
Excellent-the grounds, the service, the staff (everyone was sooo friendly and helpful!) the location, the room, the food. Good-the beach.

PolandBecause of the hurricane, we didn't get to use the pool or the beach much, or visit the sister resort next door. However it all looked pretty well looked after.
It's very hard to give an accurate review as we stayed during the two days of Hurricane Ian so we didn't get to experience the hotel or the island at its best. However the staff coped very well under the situation. We upgraded the room and it was spacious and had everything we needed. The restaurant was good under the circumstances and the stay was certainly memorable.

United States of AmericaI was not able to enjoy the beach all throughout my stay. From day 1 until the last, there were tons of seaweed turning the water red. It smelt bad and I was really frustrated as I particularly chose this hotel for its private beach. I had to walk to Fort Zachary Park to swim. Secondly, I saw guests smoking by the side of the pool. As a non smoker, this was really annoying. Lastly, if you book breakfast via booking.com, bear in mind that it is a la carte and that you can’t have much. The quality is good though.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and nice design.

United KingdomThe price doesn't reflect good value for money. Whilst the hotel is clearly meant to ge upmarket I don't feel it is reflected in the condition. Our shower was broken (handle literally came off in your hand) and took ages to heat up. The decor looks tired in places. The onsite restaurant is obscenely over priced. The staff are 50/50 - some were great and others were just flat out unhelpful. We were overcharged for our room charges and a resolution has yet to be offered. Do NOT pay to park either - when leaving the hotel, turn right after going past the restaurant next door and on road parking is free.
The location is excellent, very close to Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. The beach is a nice addition and the rooms are ok.

United States of AmericaIt could be more upgraded for the price I paid. And I don’t think we should have to drive our luggage through a huge pool crowd just to get to our rooms. That needs fixed.
I paid much more for this room than I did a resort in the middle of nowhere. This room was nice but it was like a maze driving our luggage through the congested pool area to get to our room. Kinda strange and embarrassing. I figured for what I paid it would be much nicer. Location is what makes this so great. Walking distance to Duval street and Southernmost point.
