First room was not what we had booked but the staff was very accommodating and change it.The heater in the room had a problem our last night but the staff gave us an electric heater that worked just fine.

Great little hotel in a very nice position to visit NYC. The metro station is very close. The staff was very nice and responsive. We enjoyed it.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room (not a deal breaker) and our room backed onto buildings with noisy air conditioning units.

A beautiful hotel with big rooms which is unusual for a NYC hotel. Location is second to none. Staff were welcoming and on hand to help out.

The room was really warm, even when we turned the air conditioning right down. There is a large standing fan in the room which was appreciated, but considering it’s not super hot right now I can imagine it could be stifling in the summer months.

Lovely boutique hotel. Great location, less than a 5 min walk to Grand Central Station. Pleasantly surprised by size of room and bathroom for NYC. Room had modern decor, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was powerful and a good size. Nice to have the little creature comforts - magnifying mirror in bathroom, usb and standard plugs next to both sides of the bed, free bottled water. Really quiet for a city hotel as well, we weren’t disturbed at all which was great! All the staff are friendly and general check in and service is all very efficient. The communal areas are all nice spaces, well maintained and the bar next door/attached is cool as well. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom could have used a few more hangers for the towels, and maybe an additional chair (especially when there are 4 people in the rrom)

Very nice location, clean hotel, modern vide and very friendly staff. Just 2 blocks away from the subway (Grand Central 4,5,6,7 trains), various options to eat, various stores within a 10 min walk.

the concierge and space for the free coffee at morning is frankly a little small but we would not go for free coffee anyway

First time at the Renwick and we will definitely be back. Perfectly located for mid town adventures and metro at 3 mins walking. Not fancy nor posh but clean trendy and cool enough for a long stay of 11 days. Service every day, fresh towels and a coffee machine with Lavazza coffee (the real one).

The original room I moved into wasn’t in the best condition-on floor 3, I was moved to a better room the next day on the 9th floor. Prices were higher than I’d like to pay for the facilities available - no tea or coffee in the rooms as standard.

Not much. We booked two rooms and one was much bigger than the other, even though they were same price.

Coffee in morning at bar area was great but muffins should have been free! Gym was a little small especially if there was more than 2 people there.

Fab location right by Grand Central and 10 min walk to 5th Ave. Beautiful individual boutique hotel with some great quirky features and a nod to it's artistic bohemian history.

I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was. The lobby is tiny and some amenities in the room were quite basic.

Price go up very quick on weekends and other dates. wish can stay longer at that property. Caffe shop inside property woulb be a great plus.

Great historic Hotel, well located, very close to Grand Central Terminal and all of Madison and midtown. Rooms are great, well equipped and updated.
