The first room we was sent to had German roaches all over the place alive. On the bed. Had to get moved. The next room no bugs but could have been cleaned a lot better. Also there was not enough staff to change bedding so we had to do ourselves. No towels were left in the room so I had to go get them too.

The rooms were good for the price. I will say the cleanliness needs work. There was polon all over the room. Nothing was wiped down.

The curtains were off track and I had to keep pulling them closed to keep from anyone being able to see me from the outside. The continental breakfast was very continental; no hot food at all :(

The property was conveniently located for me. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.

The pool was closed down, the bathroom wasn't that clean. The door was hard to get in, but they are remodeling the hotel.

The beds were amazing to sleep in, I slept so well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool is green. The pillows are lumpy and old. The bathroom door had punch hole in it and doesn’t close. A sign in the room states they’re not liable if a guest slips and falls due to the floors sweating. Other than that it’s fine.

The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The air conditioner worked. Yeah!

The only issues I had was the very loud people above us the first night, then the second someone checked in with a big dog, and the dog barked all night long🤦🏾 other than that, it was a good stay, great area, pretty much close to everything, and also, we felt safe. We definitely will book again when we visit Marianna😀

Everything was fine, the front desk lady was very nice and she accommodated my entire family. We reserved a few rooms and everyone one says she was very nice. Even though she was working alone, she still had great customer service.The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean, and the kids really enjoyed it.

1 hr from Panama City beach Convenient, close to I-10 and food and stores nearby I went to Jim’s buffet 2 miles away great food

Well for $60 it wasn’t bad the chair in my room was filthy so I put a towel on but for the money it was good, clean , cold frig and cold a/c TV service was Excellent so many time I check in a hotel and the remote doesn’t work The lady at the check in desk was rude but the lady at checkout the next morning was great Again you get what you pay for The people two rooms down were loud and obnoxious until 4:45 am outside their room drinking smoking pot I believe the woman were prostitution But for the value and location I would come back !!!
