The laundry machine is considerably aged, but it still manages to effectively cleanse the garments to a satisfactory degree.

Beautiful view, clean and well-appointed rooms, wonderful staff, great location. Loved the balcony. The reusable water bottles, tote bag, and sun care items were an unexpected bonus. Enjoyed the welcome beverage and cool towels too.

The noise coming from windows in the bedrooms on a windy day can get very very loud

The pool was being remodeled at the time, but they offered a discount online due to this with proper notice. It wasn't a huge issue since other properties in the area had open pools and the beach was a couple hundred feet away.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, and the property was well taken care of.

The noise of wind coming out of the windows on my room was kinda loud but I was on the 35th floor that could be the reason lol next time I will ask to stay in a lower floor to avoid the wind noise at night.

hotel is right across the busiest waikiki beach, and in the tourist center zone, very convenient.

Service could have been slightly better. Had to call a few times to get towels etc. Pool wasn't operational but still full amenity fee was charged (though it was communicated in advance)

Persistent puddle in the front walkway from the shower that people clean sand off themselves. I called Aston before the stay - I was told to bring my own laundry, dish, and dishwasher detergents. I packed in my suitcase, but these items were provided. We did get a laundry detergent refill from the desk as doing multiple loads. I did need the napkins as there were paper towels. When we visited, the pool deck was under renovation, but Aston made us aware immediately after we reserved.

The 2 bedroom penthouse was very well organized. View spectacular. Location at the beach wonderful. Shops and restaurants including 2 ABC stores nearby. Japanese bidet toilets in all bathrooms - which we have at home. Free valet parking. It is hard to get parking in Waikiki area.

No restaurant or breakfast place or food we could order or enjoy the food. And the swimming pool is still under renovation. If they can provide breakfast will be another plus factor to this excellent accommodation.

Very prime location across beautiful waikiki beach, the very spacious balcony facing the beach is my favourite place all the time to enjoy the sunset, the sunrises,and cup of tea, the rooms, lounge, kitchen are so clean, spacious, beds are so comfortable, the toilet bathroom excellent. Staff are so nice. the receptionists are always nice. Thalia took us to the suite and showed us around, and made me aware of all things like, washing machine, kitchen, complimentary juice in the fridge. Waikiki Beach Tower welcomed us in a very beautiful way, cold towel, welcoming drinks, and put leis on us. The daily housekeeping is also plus factor, we did enjoy the bed they made everyday, and clean towels, and vacuumed the floors. Thank you Waikiki beach tower. We come back again definitely.

Safety bars should be added to a few of the showers

The location, the size of the condo, the staff was extremely accommodating for my elderly parents, the oceanfront condo is very relaxing feels like my home. My favorite place to stay when I visit.
