Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe first valet person I spoke to was rude and refused to answer any of my questions. Their system was also under a cyberattack which prevented us from acessing our room by ourselves. We needed a staff member to escort us up the elevator and unlock our room.
The staff was great and very friendly. The room itself was in great condition.

United States of AmericaThe systems to make key cards were down therefore we didn’t get key cards. So we had to be escorted up the elevator and into our room. But the staff was really good about doing so quickly.
The hospitality was immaculate and the atmosphere was lovely. Over all it was a very relaxing experience.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping was not good (did not change our towels, remove the trash, fill up the coffee pods and cups). - There was not enough light in the room, especially by the closet and in front of the mirror. It was not possible to check my outfit in the mirror before going to a business meeting. - The restaurant was too slow. We waited 15 min. to give our orders and 40 min. to get our food, although there were only 6 other guests there. - Also, the Cappuccino at the lobby bar was extremely overpriced.
Nice big room, good food at the hotel restaurant, nice and convenient neighborhood, fresh drinking water in the lobby, nice staff.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel doesn't provide water bottles in the room except for the first night (you get 2). I arrived late at night, so i'd to handle my luggage by myself.
Overall the room size was ok, clean, and the view was excellent (facing the convention center blvd.). The bathroom has almost everything you might need except for shaving and dental toolkit. There is a coffee machine - but no water to use it. Also it's very close to the outlet mall.

Great location. It is convenient to the Convention Center and Cruise port. The restaurant was better than most hotel restaurants but there is a mall across the street with a nice food court if you want other food options.

FinlandWalls are not soundproof - next door guest had the TV on all night long, and it was driving me crazy - after 15 hour travel it was too much. My room was not vacuumed a single time during my stay.. No view from the window. Bed was tired. Free water bottels (2 pcs) was given only once (I stayed 5 nights). Luckily you can fill your own bottle at the fitness room. I saw small ants running in the bathroom and on the desk.
Convenient location when visiting the cenvention center. The warehouse district is becoming more interesting every time I visit Nola. Easy walk to the French quarters. Outlet mall close by. Ambience was good, most of the staff super friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel, so you can have dinner there, that was good.

United States of AmericaNo water for the coffee.
The morning staff set this hotel apart. The valet was so genuinely friendly and helpful. They had a lot of nice little things like yummy corn bread and juice upon arrival. I really liked reading the local paper in the very comfortable lobby and loved the pumpkin decorating contest they had going on. It’s also a 5 minute walk to mother’s restaurant which was worth the wait. There’s a lot of restaurants and Cafes in the area, felt a lot less touristy than in the French quarter. It’s also extremely close to the river.

United States of AmericaThe workers were very sweet and welcoming except the valet manager decided to get in an argument with my friend over what his worker didn’t do correct with his job. Instead of him correcting his worker he decided to argue and make a scene with a female that is staying at the hotel. Stated he was going to call his girlfriend to come beat my friend up… very unprofessional
I love that it is in the middle of everything, very clean and welcoming
