The staff was nice but didn't suggest the kid menu when we arrived... No breakfast there unfortunately, the coffee place beside was very slow. The Rooftop restaurant is closed during the week unfortunately.

Decoration of the hotel and rooms is really nice. It was quiet and the pool is heated. Close to the ferry stop and close to the beach.

One major problem: the shower pressure was little more than a dribble. Drives me crazy to pay that much for a little room and not be able to shower!

The hotel should be up front about its location. When I pay for an ocean view I expect to actually see the ocean. This hotel sat in the middle of town 6 streets back from ocean. Ammenities and how to utilize was not explained. Parking was not on site but 3 blocks down the street somewhere. We parked on street around the corner, but a bit worried about security. This price point hotel and level of expected service, should have been either serving coffee in am or have available in room. you went to a connected cafe, showed your wrist band and got a small paper cup of coffee. At 300. per night after all the hidden room charges I expect a bit more than just a clean hotel.

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy, spa and pool would have been lovely had we known to bring bathing suits. close to awesome deli across the street. Blanket was provided when asked.

The Valet parking retrieval was very challenging. At 0645 hours, no valet driver was available. I had to retrieve the car myself carrying my luggage, which was parked 500 meters away. Got late to the airport.

It’s not an ocean front property, so you unfortunately have to see less appealing buildings around you from the balcony. Outdoor pool could be a lot warmer, but it all depends on the weather…

Local off-season getaway with the family. It’s all about the weather. We were in luck with some winter sun and somehow it felt super comfortable on the balcony with ocean view. The property is very nice and the public areas are very spacious. The restaurant and rooftop bar are cool and convenient. We came here for the heated outdoor pool and sauna. It would have been nice if this pool was planned on the roof.

The water in the shower was very lukewarm, and the stream was weak. It was a cold day and it was very unpleasant to take a shower.

Family room with two beds were really cramped. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. This would be the only complaint, with 4 people yiu were on top of one another.

Such a silly thing- but as someone who wakes up early, I would have loved to be able to get a coffee. There were no coffee makers, and brewed coffee is included at the attached cafe, but some mornings they weren't open until 7:30. I found an outside cafe that was open a bit earlier, but it just seems like a simple thing to remedy, and a very basic thing I would expect at any caliber of hotel.

Most of the staff was very helpful- check in was great, pool and yoga classes were perks, and the location to the beach was unquestionably amazing.

The noise was ridiculous. I barely slept on the first night from a party to late on Friday and set up of the roof terrace early on Saturday morning. Plus I never managed a drink as a guest at the roof bar as it hosted private events every evening.

There was an extra charge as resort fee not mentioned before booking. It includes welcoming drink, bike, towel. They deducted it before arrival. When I got to hotel I wasn't offered anything!! Room is small for the price. No coffee machine. The two bottles of water are not complimentary each costs $10. The security deposit was over priced for the size of the room per night. The location is 30+ mins away from JFK.

Everything was great except for the fact that there were two concerts on site during our stay that kept our toddler up. We also wished our room had a fridge.

Location was great- super close to the beach. Room was clean and well decorated. Despite looking very hip and artsy, the hotel was very family friendly and we loved spending time in the pool.
