Great location at the end of the boardwalk- right where the surfers surf. Close to Sunnyside cafe for good breakfast pancakes Lots of parking right outside It's quite a simple hotel which is ideal for being beachside. Not the smartest Hotel on the strip but definitely good value for money

Very clean and right on the beach. We enjoyed it so much, we already booked for Father's Day weekend.

No indoor pool, which would have been nice, because it was rainy and windy out! it would’ve been nice to have some kind of continental breakfast!

Very comfortable! Loved the view from the room, location was good! Also I was Happy to have a bathtub, and I loved that we were able to cook in our room!

The shower did not work well. Also felt very itchy the second day there while sitting in the chair and when it was time for me to my go to bed.. so lift up the mattress saw a few black stuff not sure what it was.

There was a marathon race being run on the road in front of the hotel. I had to move 2 cars at 6:30 am in the morning so we did not get trapped in the parking lot for the day. Paid $80 in parking fees over the weekend because we were told we could not use the hotel parking. Had to haul all of our luggage by hand 9 blocks to a parking garage. Turns out that the road was never closed off for the marathon and we could have left our cars at the hotel after all, but it was too late at that point.

There was no breakfast.

Very soft pillows. Bring your own if you can. No neck support at all.

Free parking. Room was true to the advertised photos on Booking. Fantastic ocean views. Prime location for exceptional beachfront access. The jacuzzi tub was enjoyable and a great perk for the offseason rate. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes and utensils were convenient and clean. Generous towels. Separate bathroom with shower/tub in the jacuzzi tub rooms. The last non-doctored photo in this review is a fiery sunrise over the Atlantic from my balcony on March 15. Iron and ironing board in room. Toiletries in bathroom. Plenty of outlets with USB ports.

I didn't like that it states non- smoking facility, but people next store to our room were smoking more than just cigarettes.

All the jets in jacuzzi wasn’t strong. Some of them barely pushed anything out and the hot water took for ever to fill up but other than that everything else was great

The walls are thin. You can hear everyone in the next room. The shower head was very low and the bathtub was slow to drain

The checking process was ok. The person who checked us in was not professional at all. He was cocky, and a little disrespectful. If I hadn't already pre booked I would had went to another hotel

The fact that the king size whirlpool room had the view of the ocean was a plus for me.

The weather was terrible. Coming in a few hours after the tropical depression which then hung around the whole stay sucked! We had no sun, rain and 15 mph winds gusting to 30 for 6 days.

The location and basic amenities were what we were looking for.
