eeeeeeeh, quite a bit of homeless in the area and some sketchy business happening after dark. my kids are teens and we were aware of the environment and had NO problems.

great quiet location in the middle of Tampa! property and neighborhood could be considered "transitional" and was working class but we had no problems with the transient population. would stay here again, no doubt. wonderfully clean little apartment with enough space for three. excellent ethnic food within walking distance.

It’s a beautiful apartment but it needs more TLC in the hiding areas, the bathroom window doesn’t lock. In the closet there’s a hole in the ceiling and the bed squeaks a lot. Over all and with the TLC done, I will book again for a longer stay.

The Sea House is very charming and cute. The view of the water was amazing.

The bedroom was a little warm since the AC is in the living room. All the fans worked well though and it cooled down enough before bed.

It was close to downtown, Ybor was about a mile or two away. It was quiet and parking was on the street right in front of the house.

The shampoo and soup container in the bathroom was in poor condition. It looked like the shampoo and soap had been in the container for years. Also tried to take a shower but couldn't because there was no hot water. In addition the blanket to the bed was thin and not very useful on a cold night. One extra blanket but too thin.

No water, turned off by workman working in the next unit until after 11PM. Very inconsiderate, no warning. Not good after a long days travelling.

The host was extremely not polite and even threatening when I claim for a reimbursement of some cleaning fees which were USD 60 for one night and the place was dirty. Didn't accept an early check in arguing that cleaner might not finish before 4pm (check in time) and the recognizing that cleaners were there probably 3 days ago (which seemed 3 months). Host spying through the door bell camera (or others we couldn't find), unacceptable. There were cockroaches everywhere. The bed was extremely in bad conditions, mattress all bended, small fitted sheets that came out instantly when you even sit on the bed. All sheets were very plastic made, so very uncomfortable and sweaty (even for fit people). Front yard was messy and dirty. Backyard was creepy (long dry grass, broken furniture, opened to other properties, was like a haunted house (it was only missing having Jeffrey Dahmer as a neighbour). Next door property rented by hookers from the strip club nearby, coming and going to do their business. Homeless people sleeping across the street. Suspicious cars stopped for long hours with their engines on (seemed like a dealers deal) which didn't allow us to let the house for hours with the calm that all will be ok at the return, more considering that doors were dented in many places and paper thin.

it good be great if you add more items for cooking apart from salt and pepper, oil will great and veggies. it’s depends on guests every one will won’t use it.
