United States of AmericaRude staff. Especially by pool area. Broken and old furniture in rooms. Bathrooms and furniture in rooms need to be updated. Need more lighting in the bedrooms. Old carpeting. Not enough lounge chairs for people. Half the chairs are broken. And should be removed and new ones put instead. The umbrellas are old and broken. A lot of people complained about all this to the manager. But dont think anything is being done. Not enough pool towels too. They take the lounge chairs away at the beach at 5pm. Maid service that you pay over 100$ for an hour isn't great. Kitchen was left dirty. Overall this place needs to be updated from rooms to the pool area. Besides location and price. Everything else isn't great.

The location was the best part of the hotel and also the size of the room.

GermanyYou have to view staying here as renting an apartment. Certainly you cannot expect any services which would normally be expected in a four-star hotel. You have to be able to overlook minor issues like missing teaspoons in the kitchen or a stained carpet. We got a suite on the lowest floor with some construction equipment further obstructing the already limited view, but admittedly, it was still an ok view of the pool area, palm trees and the ocean. Nevertheless, it would be nicer to create different suite categories by their location in terms of higher or lower floor. I would rather have paid a little more to avoid getting a suite on the lowest floor, which was disappointing and not what I had expected from a stay in a top category suite on the beach. Check-out time at 10:00 am is really too early and they charge USD 5 per bag for storage after check-out which we found a bit tacky.
The 2-bedroom master suite with ocean view was very spacious and generally quite ok. It was much better than some of the reviews suggested. For the price paid, you’d normally only get a studio in Miami Beach and not a full apartment with balcony. So by Miami Beach standards, it was an acceptable value for money.

PakistanThe lifts are scrap. You have to wait for ages to go down or up. The staff is not cooperative. The check-in time was 16:00, and at 15:55, the receptionist said that my name was not on the list and I had to wait for It to come. When I insisted, he found my name. I got a package from Amazon, and when I went to the receptionist, he said the locker guy had to go home, and he will come tomorrow at 8. He came the next day around 9.

United States of AmericaThey do seem to be doing remodeling as this was a older cool hotel with lots of doors. More signs to show where to go, elevator is the longest ever and one was broken. We were there in Feb before a cruise and they seem to be short staffed as this is the off season I'm assuming.the room was big with a balcony but was a little dirty all over the board including the pool chairs.
I liked the location, close to beach, nice boardwalk and little bar outside. The restaurant had a nice older waitress and she was very nice. The pool was okay but location is good.

United States of America6 people 4 towels, called for more never got. Got there 4 hours early, was told online they would try to get us in early. This was flat out lie, they did not try at all. Waited 4 hours then went to desk asked if room was ready I was told it would be ready by check in time garenteed. Told the man at the desk it was 5 minutes to check in. All of a sudden my room was ready. Imagine that.... just tell the people you WILL NOT GET IN UNTIL CHECK IN TIME....PERIOD. DONT LIE.

Elevators took forever. Pool area very tired looking. Squeaky bed. There was building work going on on the outside of the building with lots of noise from that all day.

United States of AmericaWe had mentioned that the elevators not working made us feel extremely cautious and vulnerable. We filed a formal complaint and were told by the front desk that we could receive back the resort fees we paid yet this has not occurred yet.
It was great that it was on the beach. Otherwise, we weren’t aware that it was not a literal hotel. We had to call multiple times for towels and toilet paper as well as dish detergent for the dish washer. The elevator was broken for 90% of our stay which was not communicated well to the guests and posed a large safety risk if there was an emergency. The rooms were decent at best with scratchy sheets and pillows made of cardboard. There was also an incident one night with an extremely large cockroach running through our suite.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled, and there was a leak from the floor above. When I spoke to the front desk, we were told they would look into it and get back to us. Nobody ever did. The elevator was terrible and had to end up walking from the 9th floor most times due to the very long wait (30-45 minutes) The pool was not heated, so it was freezing
Location, big apartment, fairly clean ( not 5 star, but if you're going for a family vacation with kids, it was passable if you get the right price. For the right price, I would stay there, but know you're getting what you pay for. The price I paid this time wasn't the right price and should have stayed somewhere else

United States of Americathe rooms were extremely run down. there was broken furniture in almost every room and when we arrived initially the ac had flooded an area. maintenance came and fixed it in a timely manner but the carpet was soaking wet and smelled. Also none of the tvs worked so we were without tv for a whole week.
