Would be handy to have slippers in the room. Staff never seems to acknowledge frequent guests/repeat visits. A simple "Welcome back" would be appreciated.

Another nice stay at Smyth Tribeca. Rooms are comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Friendly staff who were able to accommodate our requests.

No tea/coffee facilities. No complimentary water in the room, but they do have water in the lobby. Lobby is tiny. The carpet in our room was discolored - big pink splashes on a dark grey carpet which made me reluctant to walk around barefoot. Towels are very rough.

The location is incredible. Right outside Chambers St station. Easy access to all of Manhattan, Brooklyn & Jersey city. Walking distance from WTC as well as SoHo. Surrounded by good restaurants. Room is a good size & so is the bathroom.

The only wish….a hook/bar in the bathroom to hang towels after use.

Every staff member was professional, respectful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning, to the lounge and tavern. Location was perfect. Easy to walk most places, subway stop outside the front door, and easy loading zone for taxi/uber.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room to be able to make coffee/tea in the mornings. I had a bathrobe at the beginning of my stay for 2 days then it suddenly disappeared. The bathrobe is a nice touch and should be there all the time. Slippers would be great too. Larger towels in the bathroom. I’m a tall person and I like to have a bath sheet not regular towels that always come up short.

The location was great, it was easily accessible for work and with the subway right outside I was able to get to anywhere I wanted with no trouble at all. My room was spacious and clean and I loved the bathroom, very chic. Tube in reception was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, she arranged a late checkout for me with no problem. The doormen were also very helpful. Friendly and informative. Nick on reception was also very helpful at the end of my stay in booking me a car and searching for the cheapest vendor. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and I’ll definitely be back.

would be helpful to have hooks for the towels to hang up in the bathroom room service the tray charge is too expensive and I didn't read the small print so my one pot of tea cost me 20USD

Parking was $75/day and you couldn't come and go as you please without paying additional fees after car was parked. Unexpected costs but otherwise everything else went well.

Great area in lower Manhattan away from the craziness of midtown but subway on your doorstep making it easy to get anywhere

There was no kettle/cups coffee or tea in the room and no adapter (the plugs are US not international plugs). But all these was provided swiftly as we requested it.
