Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenWhat's not to like??? Everything was fantastic!
We have stayed at 5-star luxury hotels in NYC before but this 4-star hotel (how it couldn't be a 5-star is beyond me) is so much better and more value for the buck! A fantastic hotel and staff at the perfect spot in TriBeca, just next to subway 123, a block away from ACE and just a little bit further from 6 and R. We will come back! They made our anniversary very memorable bringing us champagne and red roses to our room <3 What a amazing staff and the rooms are great and very modern! We first stayed at room 604 but a plumbing leak issue made us to change rooms and the staff gave us a luxury suite instead (room 910). The suite had an amazing terrace with views over both World Trade One and the Empire State Building <3 Amazing handling from the staffs side! Kind regards, Elebring family <3

United States of AmericaThe wifi went out for a day and the TV lost connectivity / could not stream movies for a couple of days. Those are first world issues of course, but when you have them for the rest of the time, losing them feels like a big loss :). When they work, they work great. 200 mbps speedtest from the room, smooth experience watching Netflix and Prime on a good quality LG screen. There's no ice dispenser in the hallway but we never waited for ice for more than five minutes, and it always came accompanied by the proper wine or whiskey glasses, whatever we requested. Excellent communication from the hotel team as well, day or night, they message and respond promptly.
Great location in a beautiful neighborhood - super easy to get anywhere yet away from the madness of Times Square and the likes. Five minute walk to the World Trade Center and Ground Zero. Two minute walk to a number of great restaurants and brunch places and to Whole Foods. 30' from the subway. Room was very quiet, street noise was completely absent. AC was also very quiet and efficient. The king bed in our Jr King apartment was very comfortable, almost as my favorite Tempurpedic, and our kids didn't have any complaints sleeping on the sofa bed for 8 nights. The restaurant at the hotel was great too: both service and food wise and the truffle fries... well, we ordered them for lunch, dinner, and breakfast too.

United States of AmericaNot sure if the hotel is associated with the restaurant downstairs but it was the worst experience I have ever had trying to have breakfast somewhere. Slow service Rude staff Wouldn’t eat there again Actually had to cancel our food order cause it took forever to come out… so we didn’t even eat there.

United States of AmericaThere was a mini bar and snacks in the room but no prices were posted. No coffee machine on the room. The TV wasn’t compatible with Netflix or other similar platforms.
The rooms were spacious for NYC standards. The installations were modern, clean and well kept. Room service was offered every day during the stay. There was a train station just outside the hotel. Convenience stores and a supermarket were nearby.

United States of AmericaThere are a number of things that made this hotel not a 10. First the wifi speed is super slow. The carpet is relatively worn. There are very few receptacles and some are hard to reach. Finally there is no coffee machine or water heater in the room. The staff is also not very warm.
The hotel is in an excellent location with an immediately adjacent subway station. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet (by NY standard) and has quite a few restaurants and coffee shops, including a Whole Foods supermarket. The room itself is relatively spacious and the bed quite comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and is quiet at night.
