Nothing really to comment on. I think everything was very accessible and user-friendly.

The property was centrally located very clean hip and accessible. From once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with a upgrade. The front staff was amazing. 0SESTE I’m not sure his name, but he was super friendly and nice and even asked about our day and gave us some good choices on dinner, it made our whole day so much better because our baseball game got rained out so we just really enjoyed the hotel and the area

The woman at the front desk who checked me in could not have been more accommodating. She was willing to find an accessible room for my parents who are 80 years old. She was so pleasant and helpful - I wish everywhere I traveled someone like her was working. Absolutely love the location & the restaurant!

Nothing! A perfect stay

Beautiful space and decor, perfect location for access to the universities and nearby medical centers, amazing views. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was also very comfortable. I have been traveling nonstop for work and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at despite all the hotels being about the same price. A 5-star hotel feel for sure.

Price of the food and that we had to keep asking about our room linen being changed

We loved our room ! So spacious, beautiful, clean, gorgeous seating area with bookshelves filled with books. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant.

I don’t like glazed glass for bathroom doors and wall slits. The bathroom steams up quickly with no exhaust fan. This should be a given in a hotel room at any price point. Double beds are too small. Provide an option for queen beds. There should be more, easily accessible electric outlets near the beds to plug in phones and other devices

Window covering did not fully blackout the room, letting a lot of light in once sun is up. If you are a late sleeper, this is just something to aware of. Was fine at blocking out street lights at night.

Very close to subway station. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very safe area and close to several dinning locations and convince stores.

Nothing. The place was better than perfect. I couldn't have stayed at a better place than this. I have no negatives about this hotel.

The bed was amazing. The shower was even better. There is nothing I could say bad about this hotel. I would 100% stay here again. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful with any and all my questions/needs. If you are looking for a hotel in the city, stop looking because this is the one you should stay at.

Great Ambiance; good placement, accessibility; Staff great. You get free coffee in morning hour. Rooms are good and you can see one of universities in neighbourhood.
