Our room windows were facing another building-not a street view. Parking was too expensive.

I liked absolutely everything. Very close to many tourist sites. We stayed for 5 days and only used transport on the last day. In others we walk or cycle. The cable car passes right next to it. Excellent comfort and great staff. I recommend!!

Our apartment was updated so that was a nice surprise from the pictures we had seen online. Everything was comfortable and clean, the view from the roof was amazing and all the staff were helpful. They even stored our bags after checkout for us.

Room was a bit dark with the dark floors and heavy wooden furniture.

Great location , easy to use public transport or walk to wharf areas. Well equipped apartments which were spotless. Staff were amazing - so helpful and personable. Loved the rooftop area to view the sunset and meet other guests .

We had scheduled our arrival with the hotel via Booking.com as between 11pm & 12am. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 1:15am. I tried to contact the hotel via booking.com to. notify of our late arrival but my messages wouldn't send. Google states the hotel offers 24 hr check in so I wasn't concerned. The hotel did not try to contact us, instead, cancelling our stay minutes before we arrived at the hotel. This meant we had to sit and wait in the lobby whilst staff tried to resolve the issue. The result was we had to be refunded and recharged for our stay, costing us more in exchange rates/fees. Next time, we woulds suggest contacting guests before cancelling their stay. Also, not asking guests to wait in the lobby at past 1am whilst issues with internal systems are resolved.

The location was perfect. you are close to the bay, pier 39 and just down the road there is a great bike shop which offers rentals and tours of the city. The room size was great and very clean.

We loved the location and the spacious suite! The rooftop deck was closed for renovations, but we enjoyed being one block away from the Buena Vista Cafe, one of our favorite spots in San Fransisco. The staff was very nice, we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location, close to Fisher Wharf and cable car starting point. The most helpful staff I've ever met (special thanks to Richard for taking care of us). Super clean and perfectly equipped kitchen. Roof top with nice view on Golden Gate Bridge - the best option to check fog level in the bridge area before you go there. Parking lot in the building,.

Car parking spaces are not guaranteed and we didn’t get one until our 3rd and final night. It is possible to avoid paying $60 per day if you are committed to moving the car every couple of hours! As it is free from 9pm-10am

Location is spectacular. The roof top is THE best place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Tram stop right outside the front door. Staff were really lovely. Kitchen is fully equipped
