The dining room table needs to be replaced or painted. The table top wood was scratched up and looked old and dingy compared to remaining unit. Building 3, Room 3103

Easy check in process. Unit was very clean. Appreciated the notes explaining cleaning techniques (ex. ice maker). Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the pool towels.

I don't like the fact that I just found this place and didn't stay here years prior!

The rooms were extremely spacious which was not expected. Having the kitchen and living room area was a huge plus for the parents to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Having little kids we utilized the pool 3 days in a row and every time is was clean and well kept, the air and water temp were also perfect in the pool area.

Great spacious accomodation that included two bedroom suite, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, indoor pool, outdoor gas barbecue. The room was big enough for my wife and I, daughter, son-in-law, and two toddler grandsons.

It’s not that we don’t like. We were looking for a quick bite and was looking for a vending machine but it was not in the building we’re at. We just couldn’t find it.

The room was beyond spacious and felt like home! The pool and game room were excellent for family fun on rainy days. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals. The huge dining room table was great for eating meals together and playing board games. Loved having two full bathrooms for our family of five.

The suite was AMAZING! The staff were super friendly. The whole facility had everything you could need. We had the most relaxed stay. It is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Just an overall GREAT experience.

Fireplace didn’t work. It must only be available to use seasonally. We had a rainy, cloudy day during our stay so the fireplace would’ve been nice touch. A ceiling fan in the bedrooms would be a nice perk, as you can only drop the thermostat down to 65 degrees.

The room was immaculate. Most comfortable mattress ever! Love having two bathrooms, central sitting area and a full kitchen. The outdoor jacuzzi and pool area really afforded us a nice evening to just kick back and relax during our stay.

We arrived at 3:15 even though check in was at 4. The front desk assured us it wouldn't be long. It was around 5:00 until we got to our room. We were very disappointed and could have done other things with the time rather than wait around for our room

The main reason for our stay was to visit Hersheypark. We were within a few minutes with many shopping and restaurant choices near by!
