The condo was outdated, needs some major work. The light fixtures, ceiling fans were very dirty. Paint was coming off of trim. Very outdated. It just didn't feel clean alot of dirt build up on the floors in the corners and on the trim. A couple of the towels were dingy and stained. Had mirrors on the walls and on the back splash.

The room was clean but in need of repairs. We had to clean refrigerator before we could even put food in there. Guest Shower in bad need of repairs, toilet seat and shower rings, no toilet paper holder. Drapes in Living Room need new clips.

Elevators are awful!!

The amenities was awesome, loved small restaurant on site. Room was huge and fully stocked.

Oven was filthy. Bathroom fan noisy. Cabinets felt like they would fall off. The elevator was broken, and the other one took so long.. and they need air flow in the elevators. Outside chairs had broken straps.

We felt the "cleaning" fees and taxes of $300+ were a little excessive considering we had to pull trash, do dishes, sweep the entire apartment, fix the furniture on the balcony, and gather towels. Elevators took FOREVER to catch. Thank goodness we were on the 4th floor so we took the stairs our entire stay.

Our room 416 had a lot of areas for improvement. It looked like it had not been updated since the year the summit was built, with door knobs falling off, and old dirty-looking shaggy carpet in the bedroom. It had a great view of the beach and pools but definitely needs to be updated for the price we paid.

The dead bolt needs to be fixed inside the condo as it is very difficult to lock and unlock. The condo needs a very good deep cleaning, especially the floors. Some small fixes are needed here and there but great place to stay!

Maybe not of time to really get the room ready to come in. There was dirt in the in the corner of the bathrooms and top refrigerator was very dirty. This awful smell of dogs in the air or something, that smell stays in the room. Bought lots of air freshener to try to get rid of.

Dryer did not work.was expecting to wash, didn't take enough clothes. Door code did not open door half the time.had to put in the code several times to get the door open.ice maker in fridge did not work.

Unit not very clean except for sheets. Floors still sandy with left behind toys under the couch & coffee table & clothing tags in kids room floor. NO light at all in kids room only a random lampshade in closet & bunk bed is in need of repairs to make more sturdy getting to upper bunk.. Food still in pans & dried eggs on spatula. Skillets were all old Teflon pans with most tefalon missing. Kitchen faucet too low & in need or repairs as it sprays everywhere & has ruined backsplash & floods countertop. Cabinets very old pressboard that was literally breaking down & wood chips ( presswood particles) all in dishes, bowls, utensils. No potholders in kitchen either. Toilets very slow & really needed a good cleaning. Blood spatter on balcony & the backs of every balcony curtain. We cleaned, ran dishes we wanted to use, washed comforters that stunk, cleaned bathroom & swept then purchased paper plates/bowls & plastic silverware then our stay was pretty good. TV in Livingroom went out & a replacement was brought the next day. Replacement was bigger but obviously used as it was dusty & dirty. It went out doing the same blackout screen/lost connection problem that evening so I went to office the next day & they said my unit was a private rental to call who I rented from which I assumed was The Summit through booking.com. I called # given at checkin & the girl said that was hard to believe that another TV was having the same problem but she would put in request. Nothing was ever done for the last week of our 2 week rental even though I texted for a updatel. We did have tvs in bedrooms but we liked to watch something funny together as a family with grandkids while eating our meal or after a long day in heat.

Perfect location right on the beach away from busier parts such as Pier Park where you sit in traffic.

There were gnats in the room. The bathroom kinda stunk, and the washer had mildew in it, and the faucet in the kitchen is bad. Other than that, it wasn't bad

The room was on the ground floor, which made easy access to the pool and hot tub.
