Expected a fan in the bathroom. Rooms with 2 queens would be good for friend trips.

I didn't like that when the booking site said breakfast was included, that I would have to walk down the street for a free muffin. Nor did I appreciate having to walk all the way around the building to get from the door, in front, to the parking lot out back, where I was guaranteed a parking spot. I mean, was a second door at the back of the building not in the budget? Seriously!? This last one is a personal preference issue. When I'm in a hotel for more than 1 night, I don't want a maid coming in just to move my thing and make the bed. Leave my thing alone and let me have my bedding just perfect. Go ahead and clean the floor, toilet, etc. but leave the bed and my things alone!!! I HATED that the gap around my door let in hallway light at night and sunlight in the morning! What's the point of blackout curtains if the door lets in light??? Lastly, I didn't like being treated like I wasn't a valued guest. Nobody explained anything to me except how to get to my room & that breakfast was at the cafe down the street, but only with a voucher. I found out by walking around the property trying to find the door, that there was a pool, a gym, a penthouse suite, and cottages, nobody at check in said a word about the amenities here.

I liked how new & fancy it felt, how comfortable the bed was, and how good the water pressure was in the shower.

Location was great. In the mix of restaurants, bars and stores. Close to the Sedona area beauty Hotel has a quaint, inviting feeling. Looking forward to coming back and staying longer.

The only issue we had was a weird sound coming from the mini split about every 5 minutes. was kind of distracting while sleeping. Did not address it till check out. Management stated they will address immediately. We stayed in a Junior King Suite. I think we will try the regular king room since they have patios. Sitting outside would have been great.

The entire property, staff and rooms exceeded my expectations by far. Absolute 5 star. i will be our new found getaway. Food at the Tavern Grille was again a solid 10 out of 10.

The property is centrally located on the Main Street in downtown Cottonwood. It’s absolutely the nicest boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Updated decor, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, high-end amenities, quiet, lots of free parking, extremely friendly and helpful staff, elevator for easy access to 2nd floor rooms with luggage. Really appreciate the attention to every detail to help their guests feel comfortable.

We loved this hotel. It was beautiful and modern. The bathroom was fantastic. Loved that it had a huge shower. Also liked the kureig in room. They did not have a breakfast but provided a coupon to get coffee/pastries at the cafe across the street or use each coupon to get $5 off a breakfast/brunch item. The cafe was deliciously amazing. Everything was easy walking distance - food, wine, and shops.

Loved the view from the balcony. Room was chic, clean, and very comfortable. Enjoyed the spacious shower and the staff was lovely. I appreciated that late hours the front desk provided. Lovely ambiance with the fire pit out front.

Accommodation was spacious and well appointed, and met our request for a quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located, very close to several excellent restaurants, various unique stores and attractions. The breakfast venue was very good, with a wide choice to which we applied our breakfast vouchers from the hotel.
