The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the bed was - I think - a fold out couch. It was made very comfy with some kind of pillow top, but I don’t know if I’d have had enough room in bed if I’d been traveling with my husband instead of a kid. For someone traveling alone, it is great - and for just one night it wouldn’t be a real problem - the price offset that inconvenience.

Super clean cute little hotel in a safe-feeling area. I was traveling alone with my young son and I felt like we were very safe. Everything was very clean and the staff were so friendly. It was a fun vibe being in with college students (who were quiet - not disturbing at all). My son enjoyed taking a short dip in the outdoors heated spa pool, even though it was chilly and rainy! He thought that was a neat experience.

I wish the hot tub was actually hot when we stayed. The parking and checkin is very confusing because of all the construction and not explained properly.

Only one elevator for guests and staff with carts. Also not a fan of shampoo and conditioner not being individual usage same as soap.

Poor tv reception. Very spotty Tv and not clear what channel is accessible and what’s not.

The walls are like very thin unfortunately 😂 like it’s not a big deal you can always watch tv which is what I did but I also hear peoples tv’s too

The staff was friendly and the room was amazing. It was the perfect location for concerts and would be perfect for couples or solo travel.

The main street in front of the hotel has a lot of construction going on and that makes for a tight driving situation. But that's outside the control of the hotel.

The location could not have been better! It was around the block from everything I needed. The woman working the desk when i arrived was really friendly and helpful; the woman working in the morning would not give up until the coffee machine cooperated and I had my morning tea.

You couldn't get parking pass for 2 vehicles but in the end we just parked in garage anyway and had no problems. They didn't clean each day which wasn't a huge deal but i do want fresh towels daily.

Very small and area is congested especially worth the construction going on but it was very manageable. The room was very small but had everything you needed. I would stay there again.

I had a hard time finding the place due to all the construction going on. I had to called twice and thank god the girls so were so nice and friendly and helped me immediately.

It wasn't exactly clear where to park for check-in, but we managed. That's as close to a dislike as you'll get.

Super close to the Schott, closed garage and common area kitchen with lots of space were all positive factors. The place was spotless clean with spiffy, nice, and new everything. The staff was very nice. The room was small, and it was my first time sleeping on a murphy bed. For a 1 nighter with me and the wife, it was perfect. My wife was very pleased and commented on the great lighting.

Walls are thin, so if your neighbors are loud talkers, it’s a bit disruptive.

Location is perfect for visiting our Buckeyes, and we love the included underground parking.
