Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The tap water was brownish.
Located near the airport, the cruise port and beaches. The hosts were responsive. They tended to concerns immediately. Lots of storage room. two closets in the bedroom. Full Kitchen. Nice bath.

We had very little time here, cannot comment on any dislikes, it met our needs. Thank you
We arrived early hours of morning due to late flight. I was worried that we may have difficulties getting into our accommodations but was pleasantly surprised how smooth the whole process went, only a code required, no problems whatsoever. Nice area outside our room to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. Would definitely book at this location again, cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery store, all within walking distance, reasonably priced 😊

The pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. Washing machine not accessible for us via the app (entering the code for machine location didn’t work!)
Location Property maintenance came right away to fix the kitchen tap (appreciated that!) Shower pressure was great.

It was a bit breezy during my families stay, so i opened all the windows to feel the fresh breeze. Shortly thereafter, the apartment was filled with the scent of weed, which caused me to have to immediately close the front windows. So it's just that some of the guests smoked weed, often, but with me having my three year old grandson with us and none of my family smoked period, it was an issue. We just left and went on the road to get the baby away from the weed scent. Other than that. It was fine
It was a nice and cozy apartment. The rooms were of a good size, and the apartment was better than I actually expected. Suffiecient toiletries were provided for our use. Each dwelling area had its own TV, which was mounted to the wall. The kitchen was a major help, and we were able to cook. Dishes were provided. Dish liquid and wash sponge as well. Our stay was awesome, and we would definitely stay there again. The agent was awesome. They responded to questions asked in a timely manner. I didn't realize until we stayed there that I really liked the idea of not having to wait at a front desk to check in. I didn't need to talk to anyone 🙃, just use my check-in credentials and instructions and enjoy my trip. And even though I had a small issue with what the guests did, I won't hold it against the Victor because ya just can't control people's behavior 🤷🏿♀️ I can't wait to go back!!!

The communication between the Staff and us, the customers, they changed the code the day I arrived, I was at the gate of the building but the code had changed. So the code wasn’t the one they gave first. 3 days later they changed the code to enter again…
It was great in terms of comfort, you really feel like at home! 😁

There was no on-site manager to speak to for issues that arose. My Mom & I both used the washer/dryer and paid separately. Both of our cards got hacked from this use. It was the only thing we charged to these cards during our stay. There should be a coin option for these utilities, to avoid fraud issues. We weren't given enough towels/washcloths for each person to have 2 for the week's stay. The ceiling fan in my room didn't work from the first night. I let LOWKL know the next day but noone came to fix the issue. I would suggest maybe supplying a frying pan and sheet pan for the oven for eggs, etc. They did supply 3 pots but not useful for frying eggs, etc. We did buy a frying pan & sheet pan needed.
They rooms were spacious & stayed cool the whole stay. It was a good location to beach , dining & shopping, without a lot of traffic. We always had a parking space available no matter the time of day. Neighborhood was quiet and I liked the keypad access. I didn't have to keep up with cards or keys. The patio was very nice and quiet, to sit outside & enjoy the day. And the area was kept clean throughout the week.

I didn't realized it was a 1bathroom apt,cause I jumped on the price.
It was right in the middle of everything we needed to be close to. The area is very quiet. The apt was clean and inviting. Affordable
