We were told the pool wasn’t open but it was. They need to update a little; like the rugs in the room. The TV is tiny.

The property is a bit dated. My assigned room had no curtains on the window. When I inquired about it, front desk replied, “yeah, they’re replacing a bunch of them”. I was given another room which was a bit nicer.

Staff was super friendly, and the location was amazing with quaint coffee houses and restaurants, and the beach was right across the street! We loved it!

Late check out is $100/hr and the hot tub was not working. The indoor pool is not heated & very cold.

The place was pretty run down and smelled weird. There wasn't a pool or restaurant in the hotel which is weird considering the price to stay there.

Great location! Right by the water and walking distance from places to shop and eat.

I did not like that the workers did not have uniforms.. twice when the came to the room it looked like a regular person was approaching our door

Wasn’t told that they don’t make the bed daily and They only take garbage and towels With no cleaning daily as they had a new Cleaning crew . Some of the front desk personnel are in motivated and didn’t even greet as you arrived and seemed annoyed to be there . Not a good first impression . Been going for 13 years no breakfast downstairs anymore . Pool was gross . Needs major updating . When arriving seems like we are bothering them to check us in . For what I paid a night it’s hard to think I may not come back next year . Also asked to have the bathroom fan fixed never happened and the toilet was leaking .

The carpeted floors in places like in front of the elevator were uneven and lumpy. Also, the deck was still full of garbage from the previous night. Someone needs to make sure the garbage has been emptied.

Electric shorts, room layouts were strange. No chairs out on balconies.

Location was great, rooms were clean but staff did not service them while we stayed. One room had an electrical short. No chairs on balconies doesn’t really work well. Bathrooms were very small but clean- mirror angles didn’t make any sense. We also planned for double queen beds and were given all king rooms.

Location was great. Walking distance to public beach, Trio restaurant which was excellent, shops. Room was clean and had a balcony Staff was helpful. Check in strict for 3 pm check in but gave us our parking pass so we could park and walk around.

VERY DIRTY! and musty! i wish we had complained honestly. our third floor room was very musty, and we noticed the next morning that the AC unit was FILTHY, like had never been cleaned. MOLDY. no wonder my boyfriend and i have had breathing issues it was blowing moldy air on us all night. and EVERYTHING WAS DAMP. the bed, towels, sheets. gross. there were mysterious brown smears on the wall. a pair of white socks i wore in the room were literally black after an hour. this place needs a deep clean. gross. pool needed cleaning and was very cold, hot tub was broken, only one shower worked at the pool (in the female restroom… at least it was only my boyfriend and i there) but there were no hooks to hang your towels or belongings and the whole place was gross. just needs an update and deep clean like many other reviews have mentioned! should have read first.

location is amazing! directly across from the beach, just a short walk. however, the state of the facilities doesn’t really make it worth the price despite the great location. would rather have stayed somewhere clean and driven 15 minutes. pool was nice, but cold and looked kind of dirty. staff at counter were friendly :)
