Everything about this apartment was absolutely adorable! The pictures don't do it justice and it had everything you would need with so many extra little details! Very pleased and our new go to place to stay in Nashville!

This property was in a good location, it only took a 35 minute walk to downtown or 15 minutes on the electric scooters. It was just like the photos, nice and clean and the beds were extra comfortable. The check in was straight forward and I cannot fault this property. Would definitely stay here again!

There were a few places in the laminate flooring that needed attention, and the bedroom door sticks and is very hard to close and open and makes a loud noise if you do want to close or open it. Nothing serious. We were in Unit 104.

I appreciated the ample parking area. Not fighting for a spot or having to cram my car into a tiny space. I also appreciated the ease of entry access by using a key code. The apartment had all the essential amenities that most anyone would require on a daily basis. The kitchen was stocked with essential items and even a few snacks, and the bathroom offered shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as extra toiletries and a hair dryer under the sink. The bedroom offered two closets, both with clothing benches, and one closet had an iron and ironing board. On both sides of the bed were reading lamps, and there was also a white noise machine which did come in handy with the nearby construction. The bed was so plush. Once in, I did not want to get out. The pillows were awesome! I checked the label before I left to see who made them so I can get my own. The sheets were very soft. We even opted to try out the sofa bed to watch movies on the large television in the living room, and even it was comfortable. The couch was nice and big with a chaise lounge on one side. There is an outdoor seating area in the front of the apartments with seating and also a corn hole/bean bag toss game area. The apartment is right on Music Row. My husband and I walked from the apartment, down Music Row and made our way to the Velvet Taco, where we had the best tacos I ever tasted! I recommend the #12 very highly. I chose The Vinyl because of its close proximity to Vanderbilt Hospital. It is a very short drive to the hospital, and you could easily walk if so inclined. We enjoyed our stay at The Vinyl at Music Row!

It was immaculate and the music posters gave the place a great feel. the location was perfect, we walked to whole foods, the coffee shop and Broadway street. Christy was easy to contact making life easy! I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Nashville! Being able to stream our subscriptions was fantastic too!

It would have been nice for the shower to have a grab bar for safety due to husband being handicapped. We had a portable grab bar with us that we used.

We needed to be close to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Excellent location, apartment was very close to VUMC. No extra charge for parking. We had our own food with us because we had a kitchen! Liked the full sized refrigerator. Very clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Glad for their no smoking policy. Christy, the manager was easy to reach and quickly took care of any needs/problems.
