    Good location, decent stay.

Check in was odd with the use of a kiosk that connected to a remote person. The connection wasn't great that made things difficult. The on-site worker (the only one I ever saw) was nice, but not very knowledgeable. It all worked in the end. Also, no breakfast offered, but there was an excellent diner across the street! Finally, the "picnic area" advertised on the sign of the motel was just a patch of dirt behind the motel that wasn't very inviting.

Location was great! Just off Main St. with shops and restaurants. Next to a creek, in a cul-de-sac with a walking path was nice. Supplies for the room were available in the office.

We stayed on the first floor and whenever people were in the room above us you could hear them walking around and the ceiling would make lots of noises with any movements. Wasn’t great when trying to go to sleep early for sunrise the next day. Also there was no conditioner, towels were just okay.

Great location, virtual check in was easy (that was a first.) ice machine was a plus with the heat and the room was clean when we arrived.

We hadn't realized on first day of stay that room air conditioner wasn't working; the weather warmed up on day two & we learned the a/c wasn't working. The manager said she'd get it taken care of by the time we returned from evening meal -- she took care of it, literally, i.e., herself, as her maintenance man was unavailable. She was thrilled, we were relieved, and we slept comfortably.

There was no breakfast. The virtual check in was too weird for this ol gal! I like to know there is a human around to sort issues and answer questions that some foreigner who doesn't even know the town could answer.

clean and quiet room, close to town centre.

Request the ground floor room last week. Ground floor room # 113 was confirmed by Shawn the day before. But was given second floor #219. Was told there was not real any available. Without not letting a returning guest check back into the ground floor, they had checked out of the day before.???? Found that the front window, outer pain, was broken from being shot by maybe a BB gun. Told the guy at the desk to make sure that the hotel did not add it to our bill!

The room was recently remodeled. Bed were very comfortable. Real good water pressure water temperature. Was a quick walk to many great restaurants, Pasta Joe's dog friendly place.

simple place that did the job! It was very clean and provided what we needed (including a mini fridge). It's also dog friendly, which is helpful in Moab so we can adventure with the pup then drop him off for naps. The location was perfect just one block off the main strip which meant it was quiet all day to not disrupt aforementioned pup's naps :)

I specifically asked before we arrived if we could do the check in a bit earlier to plan our day. They answered yes, but when I arrived they repeatedly told me that I could not check in earlier as it was before the official check in time, but I should come back an hour after, I came back an hour after and it was someone else that told me that still the check in was still not open... After insisting, the woman granted me a room 1 hour before check in. Thanks. All I blame them for is just not being clear about what I could do or not because I lost 1 hour of planing because of them. (I would have organized myself differently if I knew we could not check in early) They should communicate more between themselves

Bed super comfy. Nice shampoo, make up removal wipe etc... You can just walk from the hotel to shops and restaurants.

Because I'm little older, I'm not a fan of speaking to a kiosk instead of a human...

The size of the room in building 2 was very clean and very spacious. Chairs for outside to see the mountains. Close to The Arches, several fun byways and The Canyonlands. Tucked away so very little noise. I've been here more than once and will always return

Shower had a leak, initially when we checked in bathroom reeked of mildew to the point I was about to ask to check out. It smeeled so bad as I walked around outside the smell was burned into my nostrils and I could still smell the mildew, and my lungs are sensitive. I had to go around the dripping bathroom and smell everything until I realized the shower curtain was what stunk so bad. They brought me a new shower curtain, and that helped with most of the smell, but it was still not ideal on the bathroom and smelled, just not as bad.

    Location, dog friendly

No stopper in the sink. Water leaked on the floor from the shower no matter how careful one was. I didn’t like that the check in was by machine.

It had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It was across the street from Moab Dinner.
