The showers were incredibly small, but I don’t believe this great impacted my stay.

Great location! Just across the street from Washington Park where tulips are blooming everywhere. Quiet area for the most part.

It was cold as heck. Older house that you can't control your room temp. Had to go get thermals for the second night.

The atmosphere was bnb and chill. Never was bothered was quiet and in a very close location too everything you need in albany.

We are an elderly couple and were lucky to get a downstairs room. The flight upstairs could have been challenging. Also we were unable to open the windows.

Very Nice, although I need some protein in the morning and some hard boiled eggs would be very good for me.

The owner of the hotel was there to met us and was very friendly and greeted us like old friends. Nothing was too hard. Centrally located, so was easy walking distance into Albany

The room was cold (drafty windows) and the traffic noise from emergency vehicles was loud and frequent in the street -side rooms.

The bed was comfortable and the overall decor was pleasing in this beautiful old home. The breakfast options (self serve kitchen with stocked refrigerator )started off good and dwindled drastically by Sunday.

Didn't receive the email of how to get in, so we had to contact them upon arrival for instructions. A minor inconvenience, still a wonderful stay.

The two rooms that face the front of the house needs double glazed windows. There is a lot of noise from the busy road the inn is located on. There is a basketball/ skateboard court directly across the street. Inconsiderate people congregate there late at night playing music from their vehicles with noisy exhaust pipes!! On Friday night we didn’t sleep at all! Saturday was better.

There wasn’t breakfast in this inn however there was a nice kitchen stocked with items for making breakfast.

Room temperature was cold. Unable to get TV to work. (another guest had the same problem) Instructions needed for how to use the TV.

I arrived at the door without having received the promised email w/ the entry code. On my second call to the management, this was resolved. They sent a direct email w/ a code for the outer door and my room. The booking.com email came later after I’d already settled in.

We booked really spontanious and did not get the checkin instructions on time. Reaching the host was a bit difficult, but it was solved within 15 minutes. The rooms were quite cold, so we turned off the ac in the hallway. The street was quite loud and one window blind was missing.

Beautiful, spacious home. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Park is right across the street, easy parking, kitchen and dining room are big and well equipped. The whole house felt really cosy and we really liked the stay.

only minor issue was our room at the front of the house was loud at night with street traffic. I made earplugs with tissue and that helped. not a big deal if you are used to a busy street at night.

very quaint. good location. nice rooms- not huge but just what you need. we didn’t run into any staff while there. nice help your self kitchen for water/coffee.

My room did not have a bathmat or soap. When I asked these to to provided I received no response. The rooms are also cold. A few rugs on the floor would warm things up a bit. Finally, I did not know how to make the TV work and there were no instructions.

The house was lovely in a beautiful location. Instructions for entry were clear and immediate. The self-serve breakfast was great! Fresh bagels, eggs, coffee, juice and a wide range of choices of cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Very comfy bed and pillows!

Albany is a tough town though the location was nice to be across from the park with restaurants not far away.

It would be nice to have ice available. If there was some, we couldn't figure out where. I had to get the Swiss Army knife out of the car to open the ice cold, refreshing local Lager. No bottle opener in kitchen .

Pastries stale. Fresh blueberries delightful.

I texted the staff with questions, took 24 hours to receive a response. Breakfast was pretty basic.
