The waterpark area was very nice, on the surface, until you start looking at things a little closer... There was a lot of areas on the waterpark that looked like they could use a little sprucing up. ...paint looks overdue for a repainting, rocks missing on the decorative wall around the hot tub, dirty water stained speakers near the ceiling with no music/sound coming from them, no lighting...at all...inside the slides. I'd say the slides not being lit inside was more of an issue, over esthetics, especially for our kiddos...our brand new 8 year old had a panic attack after going down the "slow" slide in pitch darkness. We're hoping it doesn't prevent him from trying other slides in the future...as he was extremely shaken to the point where he almost vomited on the side of the catch pool at the bottom, even though dad was right there to meet him. Also, the entire building lost wifi for our entire stay. So no TV or devices could be used for bedtime/wind-down time...and no discount was offered for this inconvenience, for not having access to this service during our one night (<24 hours) stay. But, these issues wouldn't deter us from coming back, as our experience as a whole was pretty darn good.

Our kiddos LOVED the waterpark and arcade!! We loved the big room and having a private deck!

Wild kids running up and down the halls very early in Moring (5:00) people smoke on balcony and it goes up into upper rooms if screen door is open, there should be a NON smoker section. Also the noise level form all of the Kids, various hours was terrible, but it was a holiday week end. The BAR AND RESTAURANT IS CLOSED SUN< MON< TUE . It would be nice to have the bar open at least 7 days a week for their guests.

The newly remodeled rooms are clean and comfortable. New mattress provides for an exceptional rest. The water pressure could have been better and the water in shower hotter, all else was excellent for the Room rates.

The game room, half the games didn't work and stole credits! The restaurant wasn't open till 4pm and closed at 9pm. We would of loved not having to figure out where else to eat!

Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Lovely suite, roomy & comfortable. Continental breakfast included some hot dishes.

We were placed at the end of a long hallway overlooking a dumpster. When we asked if we could move , we were told no, nothing we could do, even though the parking lot was rather empty. And we are return customers. Also wish the pub was open.

Loved the water park! Room was spacious! It was the get away we needed! We visited family and enjoyed the area! Breakfast was great!

No first aid kit near the pool ( nephew cut his head open in the pool area and it took a bit for them to get a bandaid and antiseptic). Pillows weren't very comfy.

I think they could upgrade their tvs and WiFi speed. But overall amazing stay. We loved the arcade and swimming areas. We were bummed out they didn’t have an open snack bar though while we let the kids swim.

Breakfast was good. The bar area is gorgeous along with the whole facility. The outdoor hot tub was a huge hit. Despite how busy it was we really enjoyed the entire stay
