When I arrived, the elevator was broken, but my room was on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase too far. As a senior, I found the tub/shower rather slippery, and there were no grab bars.

My room looked out at the beach and ocean which was great. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs, and I enjoyed sitting there. From the hotel I could walk for 10-20 minutes in two directions, finding places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Pool had a lot of sand in it - and the property was very old ( elevator broken) - but it was clean and had a charm to it - everything worked well and I liked the decor and the beach towels/ lounge chairs !

We loved the location , the private balcony , the staff, and the sunrise view s as well as l the value ! Comfortable beds and pillows. We will be returning for sure! :)

It was so cold our first night like it was terrible. That heater would not work. Saturdays morning around 10am I went down to talk to the young lady at the front disk and she helped me out, I really enjoyed her help

The Beverley does not provide daily cleaning. I prefer to not have my room entered during my stay. Clean towels are available when the staff is on site. This was the second time we have stayed at the Beverly Beach House. It is somewhat of a throw back to what hotels used to be like before the 20 story monsters popped up like mushrooms everywhere. The staff were very accommodating, I was abled to check in early. The room were clean and cozy. I had a great view of the pool and the beach. There is direct access to the beach so if you want to take a quick stroll or swim. Even though I stayed for one night in this cute, quaint hotel, I really felt comfortable and safe.

The only issue that we encountered was the floor was not too sticky, but it was like a film was on it. We had to be careful walking around. Other than that everything was great.
