I didn’t like that the walls were super thin. We could practically hear our neighbors conversation word for word and they were loud. So it wasn’t too peaceful as we would of liked. The parking was terrible !! We didn’t like that the door to the balcony couldn’t be locked. That’s not secure when we have little ones, anything could happen. Some of the outlets didn’t work, they didn’t have a phone in the room, turning the lights on in between the beds were difficult, sometimes I wouldn’t get an answer when I called the 24 hour line, the receptionist girl was rude, it took 30 minutes for them to bring things that we needed, it’s really a lot.

The only thing I like about the property was the view and the pool.

The first time I stayed it was very quiet and calm. This time it was a lot of noise from the ppl who stayed above us. It sounded as if they were rearranging furniture from 8a until well into 2:30a. Also you could hear all of the noise in the hallways, upstairs and in the stairwell. It was not as noisy the first time I stayed so this could have been a one off.

I’ve stayed here before and I love the location, the intimacy of the room and vibe. It’s always comfy and clean. The check in process is the absolute best. Contactless! The staff is amazing! Rooms are clean!!.

There were a few maintenance issues. The bottom of the bathroom door was separated, so the door would stick when trying to open it. The fridge door would stick on the molding around the wall. Over all the stay was very enjoyable.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. ( not soundproof, but quite). The location and beach access were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

I don’t know if someone had already used the hot water but it didn’t get hot hot for me. My boyfriend said it did for him so I guess the water had to build back up in the shower. The sink had great hit water though.

The property was nice. While being late for check in they made sure we were able to be into our room and get our key.

Like being on the beach the front desk lady was awesome the maids were awesome. While staying at the motel we got up the next morning went to the beach before daylight and I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes so we made it a memory. Hope to be back soon..

Upon entering the room there was a stale-like motel smell and there was sand on the floor. The staff is pretty small so there is no daily housekeeping to take dirty towels and stuff (not important to us). However, we expected to enter a clean room and a better smelling one too. Despite having a nice kitchen area, most of the dishes seemed dirty and there was no sponge provided to accompany the dish soap. When leaving our bags on the last day, they did not have a dedicated/secured space to stow them away, but fortunately that wasn't a problem. There wasn't always someone at the front desk, even during the day so you had to call a cell phone number to reach a staff member. Nit picking, but the shower took a while to heat up. Lastly, the pool area was a bit messy between sand on the floor of the pool (understandable with the beach nearby) and water dripping from balconies due to leaking AC units. P.S. - Note that the beach only allows umbrellas between Memorial Day and Labor Day so were unable to use the clamshell tent we brought (nearly 10 pounds of our 40 pound checked bag limit). We had to purchase a cheap one and donate it to the hotel upon leaving.

The location was the biggest feature of this spot. We were roomed with a direct door to the pool, and the beach was 30 seconds away. The beach was always accessible, day and night. Plenty of restaurants and shops were within walking distance (~10-15 min). The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our flight got in early and in the morning and they allowed us to check in quite early, as well as leave our bags to explore on our final day after checkout. This gave us pretty much a whole extra day worth of time, which was great! Internet worked well considering we had several devices and no streaming lag issues. A small collection of plates, utensils, and cookware along with a stove, microwave and fridge allowed for the easy room cooking.

The early check-in was fantastic ! The pool was very nice. The beach access and amazing view were awesome! The vending machines were adequate. The location to boardwalk, restaurants and putt putt were very close walking distance. Was quiet and felt like a very nice retreat from the big chain resorts. Corey the GM was upbeat and fantastic to us each day.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. Blonde strands of hair all throughout the tub and the sink. I didn't complain since I bleached down the bathroom anyway upon my arrival.

The view and the location of my oceanfront room was great!..Plenty of towels and washcloths, even beach towels were readily available within the room. Room didn't appear to be really outdated, which was a plus as most hotels on Myrtle Beach's strip could use major renovations as having been there since I could remember as a child (30 plus years ago)

I get that Myrtle Beach is expensive on a Saturday night, but I really felt that the room rate was extortionate for what we got. We stayed in Manhattan on Times Square for about a third less! The room looks contemporary, but it’s all been done on the cheap. Ultimately I don’t think Myrtle Beach or this property is for me.
